Loved the service - order at the bar inside or out. Don't have to wait for waitservice this way. Reasonable prices for food and drink. Could sit in several places outside, tables, long bar, in a boat, by several firepits. Great tasting food as well. Went there both nights we were in town.

My husband and I were roaming through Leesburg the other day trying to find good, reasonably priced food. In our search our one year old fell asleep, and it began to rain, so when we found the brew kitchen we were desperate and hungry. When the bartender near the front door saw that our daughter was asleep he told us... More

Gotta admit, i like the sand bar even if it is self service. Not something you see everyday especially in Virginia. The food is okay and the beer selection is very good.

We went on a beautiful mid-week summer evening. I think that might have something to do with our great experience: not too crowded, easy to get bartenders attention, and not overly loud or smokey. First of all, please be aware that you will need to go to the bar to order your food and drinks so you are not sitting... More

I really wanted to like this sandy beach bar. Took me back to the younger days at Dewey Beach. However, in this day and age, no one likes a continuous hazy fog of smoke to breathe in. I gave this 2* instead of 1* because the concept is really great. Just eliminate the smoking policy and it would be really... More

Outdoor music needs work; liked the beers. "Self-service" isn't fun, nor is the children in the way when trying to walk from table to bar/bathroom.

I have been frequenting the brew kitchen since its inception in 2011ish. Probably been there more often than most folks. It has grown tremendously and is very popular! The management encourages young families and their small children to attend. And believe me young couples take advantage of this by bringing their small children and allow them to play "UNSUPERVISED" in... More

Best thing about this place is the outdoor/beach/ tiki bar area. Has real sand so I always go in flip flops. Always have a decent selection of craft beer even though the prices are about a dollar more than normal. I saw someone pay $7 for a corona. Have only tried a couple appetizers, but so far so good! Love... More

Stopped into the "beach" for lunch while in the area. Outside beach themed atmosphere. Sand everywhere and tables outside. Outside bar created from old boat. Had the classic burger and it was wonderful. Great place to eat

This place seemed like a neat place. Cool outdoor décor, beach sand, and a fun environment for kids. Until.... The set up in this place alone makes for a frustrating eating experience. Found many customers to be quite rude, and the service set up tends to allow it. Took over an HOUR to receive sandwich items- seems like they take... More
