So good, can't go wrong with hot subs made to order fresh! This is not fast food so plan accordingly for about 30-40 minutes.

The tortas. Go hungry. Get one. Eat it. Love it. Savor it. Wipe your mouth. Look to the heavens and thank the gods you ate it. You're welcome.

The food wasn't bad; every entree was obviously made-to-order. It's just that I think the ingredients maybe aren't very fresh. Everything tasted kinda old. My husband's burrito was better than the enchiladas I ordered, but I don't know if I'd go back for a second time to try a different menu item. Also, everything was smothered in sour cream, which... Ordered the chicken tacos....They were OK but I would never go back. Can't believe these other reviews.... People must be used to eating at Taco Bell or something....This place is OK at best

Don't be scared off by the outside--inside is some delicious and well-priced Mexican food. The portions were generous but not overwhelming. I recommend the chicken tostadas and the Texan steak fajitas.

The name caught me and I came here for lunch while geocaching in Harrisonburg. The restaurant is in a former Waffle House, but the interior has been redone with wooden booths and posters of all kinds. Service was rapid and friendly. I wanted something unusual in a place with an unusual name, so I got a Mexican sub - sub... More

I am half Mexican-American, so I am kind of picky about Mexican food. I was passing through Harrisonburg, and I wanted something to go. I didn't know if this place offered "fast food" as there is no drive through. So I parked and walked in. The place is run by Spanish-speaking persons. That was a good sign. Every other customer... Great Mexican food, very good Virginia beer. Very good service. Nice surprise after an 8 hour drive. This is in an area with little going for it so this is a treasure for those bedding down for the night.

Plenty of food for the price!!! I travel through this area 3-4 times per month and have found this to be one of my favorite places to eat!!!

I think I know why I like the Sub Station so much -- it is the fresh ingredients. Tonight I ordered a Tilapia Taco . . . it was topped with cabbage, cilantro, tomatoes, onions, & a spicy mayo sauce.
