Call to place an order to go at 5 o’clock the woman who answered the phone said call back at 5:30 we call back at 5:30 and she says they can’t take any carry out orders they are too busy we told her you told...us to call back and she said I can’t help that in a very rude tone and hang up on me. The restaurant inside is very dirty the food is OK but now the employees are rude stay clear of this restaurant not worth your money or wait…….They probably were not that busy they just don’t have enough help great way of doing business there’s plenty of other restaurants that are a lot better than this place.More

Waited 90 min Still not seated although others that came after us were (yes we did give our name when we arrived)Sticky floors a dive bar in the French Quarter cant match Terrible attitude from the "hostess" Seems terribly disorganized The servers seem lost.It was...very hot in the place Only saving grace was waiting outside looking at the lovely bay No one comes outside to call names You have to keep going in and checking and get attitude when you do.More

What can I say about my favorite seafood restaurant? Let’s begin with the extraordinary crabby taters. This app is more like a meal. All the seafood is delicious and folks also love their burgers. The ambience is very unique - love this place! The waterfront...view is awesome. Folks here are nice and friendly.More

We have been eating at The Crusty Crab for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. It's right on the Chincoteague Bay, looking at where the Bay joins the Atlantic Ocean. The food is so delicious that people are clamering to get take out...during the Pandemic. We are all grateful that The Crusty Crab has been able to stay open at this time.More

The Crusty crab is a GPS guided adventure down to what could be thought of as the end of the earth. Just when it seemed we might be lost there was the Crusty Crab Shack. Looked questionable but took a chance. The food was great....The crabby fries were a meal all by itself and the crabcake was excellent. The Coast guard was docked outside and several "coasties" were there for lunch. I plan on another visit and another chance to sample the desserts. Definitely worth the trip.More

The tide was pretty high when we visited this unique, right-by and likely sometimes in, the water restaurant. Water was over most of the shell driveway when we left after eating. The restaurant was decorated for Halloween, and we were told the bathroom is always...decorated as it was, Halloween or not. Service was great, and the crab cake was delicious. Though I was full, we had a slice of blueberry pie with ice cream for dessert, and I'm sure glad we did. Best blueberry pie I've had in ages. It's a funky place, but definitely worth going to.More
