The food is very good, the people who work there are total professionals yet come over as genuine people and treat you the same way. Traditional diner right in the middle of town.

This place has been here since I was a young and visiting family in Floyd. Great breakfast, lunch & dinner. Olde Time country cafe. You won't go wrong eating here. Great value.

Before leaving Floyd we decided to enjoy a full breakfast. We each had a different omelet which were excellent. I suggest getting their on homemade potato cake.

The Blue Ridge Restaurant is a classic in the true diner tradition. It serves up traditional American food that tastes good and reminds you of a bygone era. The Blue Ridge Restaurant offers excellent breakfast items and home cooked lunches. It is great as a destination or as a waystop as you traverse the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Ive eaten here a bunch. Nothing like their breakfast gravy. Bacon and sausage grease together, best ever and the same excellence every time. All aspects of breakfast are great if it were for that i would go 5 stars but with lunch usually only average I give Blue Ridge 4 stars. Not a fancy place. Get the one biscuit and... More

Worth a visit for a classic, small-town restaurant experience. However, be VERY specific about your order. We ordered a no-meat, no-cheese omelet and the waitress (one of their most long-term employees) suggested another omelet. We thought she was offering a similar omelet at a better price, but it contained ham & cheese! We're not vegans... just wanted a "fairly" healthy... More

Breakfast is a wonderful thing when it's cold outside and you can look forward to a hearty meal of fresh eggs, local sausage links, and potatoes, accompanied by good hot coffee or hot tea. Nice atmosphere, not fancy, just comfy. Good service, too.

There is nothing special about the interior of this cafe, but the burger and fries were just fine and the server was friendly. We've been here a couple of times before and it is a reliable spot.

Eating here is small home town at it's best. Enjoy the conversation and the good food! My favorite is brown beans with cornbread!

The service was friendly and prompt. Our eggs were served with fresh tomatoes and fried potatoes that were more like home made potato chips. It was all tasty, just a different combination.
