Both the atmosphere and location are great, convenient to "downtown" and a welcome spot after riding the trail with our family. Food is good, beer selection is good and the service was great.

We arrived in Farmville and had time for lunch before we could check in to our hotel. This was a good choice. We splurged on calories - ordered a burger and a Reuben and shared them. The Reuben was a little greasy but otherwise everything was good. Would definitely try another meal there. The patio by the river was a... More

Wife and I visited for lunch on July 11. She had a Cobb Salad and in her words was just okay. Dish was very salty with dressing and bacon combined. I had pork chop Cuban. The breading was so salty I removed it. With ham and pickle didn't need all of the salt in the breading. Sandwich otherwise was good.... More

My wife and I were visiting downtown and decided to try this facility. We walked in around 4 PM on Saturday, July 9th. The restaurant was slow. It took 5 minutes to be seated and we watched two waitresses see us but ignore us before a third waitress finally seated us. We sat for 15 minutes and three waitresses walked... More

We were visiting from out of town and ate dinner here on our first night. It was great! The fries were prefect! I was impressed and would definitely come back again. Thank you Charley's!

Been here a couple of times now and had a variety of sandwiches. The burgers are excellent, perfectly cooked to order and large enough for the Chinese Army. Same for the quesadillas. The place is full of locals, always a good sign, and the meals appeared to be well received throughout. The food is above three star level, but the... More

I have eaten here many times throughout the years and have found both the service and the food to fluctuate in quality. Today was amazing. I ordered the caprese salad for the first time and adding blackened ahi tuna. All I can say is yummy! It was delicious and filling. I ordered the French onion soup, one of my favs.... More

Was in town for a reunion the night before. Had heard about this place and decided to give it a try. The brunch buffet was fresh and plentiful. Omelet station cooked my order to perfection. Definitely a dining plus for the Town of Farmville!

We enjoyed lunch here while passing through town and enjoyed our meal and atmosphere. We sat on the back patio which over looks the river and you can here the river rushing by. I enjoyed the taco salad and it was plenty of food with layers of flavor. My son enjoyed the crab cake and my dad seemed to really... More
