I have always wanted to eat at this restaurant, but it seemed I was always in Culpeper on days it was closed. Finally, we got the chance and I and my dining partner were both extremely pleased with everything: the service, the ambiance, and most...importantly the food. I would definitely go back, and definitely recommend this restaurant.More

Stopped in for a quick lunch and had the burger. It was literally the best burger I’ve ever had. A review of the menu shows a wide variety of meals in terms of selection and price so something for everyone. Will definitely try it again...for dinner.More

Family gathering (7) for lunch took longer than expected to serve but the food was delicious when it came. Drinks and one appetizer came as expected, but it took about 45 minutes for main courses, which left alot of time stretching things out (the restaurant...was not packed at all). Enjoyed the carrot bisque soup, delicious pitas bread sandwiches and burgers, as well as shrimp pasta. The mixed drink (bloody mary) was ok, but the wines were very good. With experience, they should get better.More

Stopped in for “linner” after wine tasting at Prince Michel. It was fantastic! Get a window seat! Food was excellent and presentation spot on. Roasted squash salad was so fresh and perfect for this cold December day. Scallops and pork belly is not something I’d...usually pair but it was amazing! Husband had a roasted carrot vegan montage but added chicken to the dish. It did not disappoint. All of the staff were attentive but our server was exceptional! A very enjoyable evening here.More

FYI, the original owners have sold the restaurant. I recently visited and the restaurant seems to be in transition. The food was good but not like the previously great version. I'll visit again in a month as these transitions can be difficult but be aware...the previous great ratings were in regards to the previous owners.More

Thanks so much for your review. Yes, the restaurant has changed ownership and naturally there has been a transition. After all, the former owner was also the executive chef. However the rest of the staff -- from the cooks in the kitchen who were working...More

We spent the weekend in Culpeper and ate lunch at Foti's both days. My husband had the burger and the beef stew and said both were delicious. I had the warm butternut squash spinach salad and it was divine. It also had roasted beets and...peanuts in it, yummy. The second day I had the breakfast sandwich, also out of this world. It's a cozy place, we sat at the little table in front of the window both days. The wait staff were attentive and pleasant.More

Frank Maragos, the genius behind Foti's, has just retired and sold Foti's to a new owner. I haven't talked to him since it happened, but we'll all stand by and see where it goes from here. I'll be the first one waiting outside when it...re-opens. 11/4/2019.More

So I wanted to grab some food on the way home from doing some wineries in the area. Foti's caught my eye as I love greek food and they had a selection of lighter fare instead of getting a huge entree at lunch time. I...got the gyro and called in my order without issue. The young lady on the phone was pleasant and fast but did not take my name or phone number before ending the call. My food wasn't quite ready when I arrived, but I was greeted by the manager/owner and went to the bar to pay. It was $12.25 for just my gyro, no side which I found a little bit of a rip off, but the gyro had a good amount of meat and filled me up. I could have used a little more tzatziki and maybe some feta on it to help balance the dish a little more. Still excellent and a place I would be more than willing to go back to when I am in Culpeper again.More

It was a very good lunch. My wife and I just had sandwiches plus I had a salad. My Italian sausage sandwich was excellent because of the vegetables and sauce it was served with. My salad was just fair. My wife’s had the Gyro and...french fries. She said it was good.More
