This is the best seafood restaurants around. I love the crab cakes they are my favorite. Everything is always so fresh and hot. extremely delicious. I definitely recommend everyone to go to Pirates Cove.

Lunch with former neighbor. Excellent food and service! Although it was raining, it would have been nice to sit outside on the patio,

This was our first visit, we went Friday night and they were really busy, so that's usually a good sign. My husband waited at the hostess stand and was ignored by a tall man wearing a light peach/pinkish shirt who kept walking back and forth from the stand and then back towards the kitchen/bar area. I think he may have... More

Hello - I apologize that I didn't say Hello and welcomed you to Pirate's Cove. The guy you are referring about is Me John Tillery. I'm the owner. The food and the service were great as always. The bar maid Betsy was personable. Everyone was hospitable. The portions were ample.

Several of us ate here on a SAT night. Wife had broiled crab cake and scallops and the she crab soup, I had the fish tacos. Our group shared some hush puppies and calamari. All of it was tasty. Others in our party: food was not that good (cold). 19% tip added to our split bills since 6+ in our... More

Thank you for giving us a try. Not quiet sure being in a strip mall has anything to do with our pricing? More

Second chance since new ownership ... First time was a disaster, second chance ( Thursday night ) was even worse. I don't know where all these great reviews come from ... Tasteless, overcooked, rude management .., will not try it again. There are plenty of seafood restaurants in the area ... Go somewhere else ... Captain D's is better! Lol!

The food was good, but found it to be a bit pricy. There are other seafood restaurants in the area that are slightly cheaper.

I appreciate your feedback and thank you for giving us a try. I have compared our pricing to other seafood restaurants and we are middle of the road. I buy fresh top quality seafood and give very large portions. Yes you can find lower price seafood but you usually get what you pay for. Thank you again and God Bless More

I was skeptical when this restaurant was in a plaza, but surprised as soon as we walked in. Very spacious with an unpretentious but polished decor with lots of highly polished wood. A party of 11 can be tough, but the service was courteous and efficient. Reasonable prices and generous portions. We all loved the She Crab soup - creamy... More

Drove 45 minutes from Suffolk to try this place out on a recommendation. If I lived closer I would probably try it again but not worth 35-45 drive. I had the broiled flounder which was a little overlooked and dry. My daughter had the chicken Napoli. She liked the chicken but it is drowned in the sauce. My son did... More
