Very good food, great bread for the table, nice selection of spices and sauces to choose from for your meal, definitely fills you up and not overpriced

This was our 2nd visit and it did not disappoint this time either. Both visits were around 4P on a Saturday so not sure if that makes a difference from when others visited and were disappointed. The service was prompt, friendly and attentive. The salad bar and food bar had a diversity of items that were quite tasty. Excellent value for the price and we will return again!

I love Mongolian barbecue, so I was excited to find this place near our hotel. The prices were really good and the staff super friendly. The chef takes about half the time to quick-fry your food as other places do, so it's fast. My only complaint is that the available ingredients are a little on the spare side. I mean, you can take all that you can shove in your bowl, but there's a rather short list of ingredients compared to most places. Same thing could be said for the sauces you put on the food. Still, if you want a basic Mongolian barbecue for a good price, this is the place for you.

The food is excellent, the only reason I go. As for service, forget it. There is no such thing. I didn't meet my waitress, not once in the hour, I was there. The only way I got my tea refilled was by way of the woman behind the register took pity on me and filled my glass. They normally bring your check over to your table along with a couple of cookies as a passing gesture, but this time, I didn't even get that. I sat there and waited and waited and waited. Finally, I decided to get up and go over to the register and pay without the bill. This young woman sitting across the room doing nothing for almost the full hour suddenly JUMPS up and comes running over to me with the bill. I asked her in a rather sarcastic way.....so you're my waitress. To which, all she could say was ummmm. I must say I was reluctant to give this woman a tip, especially since she had done NOTHING for me, but I decided to be generous and gave her and the cook a 25% tip. Just beware that if you're looking for service...... LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

If this was the only Mongolian Grill style restaurant I'd ever been to, I'd probably have loved it, but it didn't measure up to others I've been to before (sadly haven't found one I particularly like in this area yet). The ingredient selection seemed lacking, but what was available was all good.

This restaurant is not an all you can eat anymore. They charge you per bowl of food at the area where you prepare the food at. There is a sign that says One Bowl per person, you will be charged for each bowl that you prepare. So how can they advertise all you can eat when they're charging you per Bowl. I suggest the people stop eating here and they'll get the message that that is ridiculous no other Mongolia Grill does this.
People that either Mongolian Grill know that you have to use more than one bowl because you put the vegetables in one bowl and your meat and the other Bowl it won't all fit in one bowl.

Interesting place for sure, standalone Mongolian barbecue quite the operation unique experience reasonable pricing.
Stopped in for lunch place was busy but it was not crowded pricing was interesting and appealing.
Quality of the food was good lots of choices to make you dish the way you want it.
We found the place has a great atmosphere and service was good.
Look forward to another visit in the near future.

Can't believe anyone would give this place a bad review. Have eaten here many many times and never had bad service. I've never had bad food. Lunch is different from dinner as the cheapest price is for a single trip but for a dollar or so more you can go as many times as you like. Lots of good choices and cooked for you while you watch. Choice of soup, white rice, sesame bread and you main dish. Awesome deal. Staff even asked me about my son who wasn't with me(probably hasn't been there in a couple years...he is very young). This place stays busy but not crowded and you can get in and out pretty quick. Love it! Prices are great whether you do the one trip or all you can eat. NOTE: Dinner is one price and is all you can eat.

No frills, user friendly mongolian grill. Good selection of ingredients, again nothing fancy. get your unique mix of ingredients as you walk to the end of the line and watch the grill master cook it for you. No shame in going back for seconds, just try the different combinations. Remind the waitresses to keep the rice coming!

My wife and I enjoy eating at this restaurant but they nickel and dime you with the way they count and charge you for seconds trips through the line or how many bowls you take with food. A second bowl is charged to your bill at half the original price. FYI, there are a number of restaurants in the local area that serve exactly the same food, prepare it exactly the same way and not only is the price less but you don't get charged for going a second time through the line. Besides, the other restaurant doesn't make you feel like they are doing you a favor, they treat you with respect.
I don't plan on going back anytime in the near future.

This place is one of the better Mongolian Grills in the Hampton Roads Area. My favor is Top Mongolian.
The place is busy and the selections are fairly good I think going there for dinner is a better value as you are not limited to number of trips and they put out a greater selection of meats
During peak times I will admit it does get a bit messy but most of that is from the people filling there bowls with food.
I have been there late in the evening and I know they really do a deep cleaning nightly.
The food is good. If you don't like it to spicy then ask the chef to clean the cook top and they will. Overall I have always had a good meal when I have come here

Trash lined the walls and the food was not fresh or replaced as it got low. Staff did not seem to care about the dirty environment.

Expensive, Small Selection compared Chinese restaurant with Mongolian Grill s apart of buffet. Charged extra gratuity for a party of six, you get your own food. Go to your favorite Chinese restaurant with a Mongolian Grill inside and get better food cheaper prices and a larger selection.

Whenever I'm in the area, I stop here, just love this place. Prices are a little high, but well worth the food and experience of the visit. I would recommend this restaurant and if you leave hungry, it's your own fault. You can stack as much ingredients on your plate as you care to balance, but you can go back for seconds.
