Smashburger absolutely delivers! I've ordered in Las Vegas (where I live) as well as in Virginia (here on business for a few months), and the results have always been fantastic. For this review, I had the Double Bacon Smash. Wow! It was large, hot, juicy,...full of flavor and delicious. This is how you make a hamburger using the fast-casual business model, with the higher price being completely justified. I generally like fast food restaurants, but Smashburger is on another level. You get unmatched quality; you get your money's worth. This is unlike the inexplicably popular Five Guys, which serves good food but the quality is on par with Wendy's. If you want a Five Guys-type burger, just go to Wendy's and you'll get something that's the same size and just as satisfying, and pay a lot less. On the other hand, if you want something better than both, go to Smashburger. One reviewer on here compared Smashburger to McDonald's. That's ridiculous. McDonald's doesn't have anything that approaches Smashburger's offerings. This is obvious even with just a cursory glance at both menus.More

How this chain stays in business is beyond me. The burgers are thin salty gross “patties”. I’ve been to this chain twice and both times the order was wrong. $50 for 3 people to eat lunch 2 burgers 2 fries and a salad. Stay far...far away!More

Overpriced "McDonald type" burgers...nothing special at all. Ask to have each of ours cooked medium rare, but was told that they are all made the same: well done. The one positive comment we can offer is that the staff was very nice.

We got the single bacon smashburger, classic smashburger, brussels sprouts, and smash tater tots. It was a little over 20 bucks for all of that. Cheaper than going to a sit down restaurant and ordering a burger since they are usually 1p to 15 bucks...for a decent one. I would order this smashburger over 90% of the burgers I have had to pay over 15 dollars for at a nice restaurant. It is way better than those!!! Pretty awesome. We loved our food. The bacon smashburger tasted just as good as Wendy's Baconator but better to me. I did get it with no lettuce and tomato since I do not like those. The burgers were cooked perfectly and tender. They were juicy but not messy. The bacon was crispy. The bun was soft and it actually smelled a bit different more of like maybe an egg bun somehow? That is the only way I can think to describe it. It went great with the meat though. It worked well. Brussels were crispy/tasty but did not have any seasoning and seasoning would have been nice. They came with ranch dressing. The tator tots were the good kind of different you want when trying out something new. They were the smash tots which are seasoned with rosemary, garlic, and olive oil. They were the best tator tots I have had that didn't have cheese on them because they were cooked perfectly and crispy. I would get them again because I think it is best to have seasoning on any type of potato that is fried rather than plain. If cheese were an option I would do that instead. I love cheese. Also, I love rosemary. We went in at 10am when they opened (odd time for a burger joint to be open but yay for me lol) and no one was in there eating yet. Service was quick. We dined in. The cashier checked on us twice. There is table service too so they bring you your food. You get the drinks yourself since they have free refills. We just got water. After we were done eating she noticed and came to get the trays/our trash. She was friendly. The restaurant was clean. I did not visit the bathrooms so I cannot speak on those. I am ready to go back again. I would order the same type of food but maybe get the double bacon smash this time though. The more meat the merrier!!!! 5 stars. I really enjoyed the whole experience.More

Great place to get a turkey burger that isn’t an already made patty from the store. So good! A little pricey.

I visited Smashburger for lunch with a friend and we really enjoyed the menu options for a vegetarian diet. The sweet potato fries were very good. The Avacado Burger was equally as good. Will Definitely return for another Veggie Burger.

Our new favorite burger place! Burgers are delicious and many combinations available. Their fries are amazing too. My husband loves their seasoned fries and their sweet potato fries are awesome. I usually get mine on an egg bun which is always nice and fresh. Restaurant...is fairly new so nice and clean. I have yet to try one of their shakes but they look so good we may have to go there for just shakes sometime as I would never be able to finish my food if I had a shake.Fast service and great food!More

my husband & I tried Smashburger for the 1st time. Sounded better than it was. We signed up with their app & received a free burger. I do not eat meat so I got a grilled cheese. The grilled cheese is for children under 12...& under only. Why? At $5.99 for this small sandwich, what is the problems for an adult to order this? The sandwich was extra small, & for $5.99 I was under the impression it came with a drink & side. It only came with a small drink, I was charged extra for the side. My husband got the free burger, from the app, but was charged extra for the cheese & onions. The roll was flimsy & everything fell apart as he was eating it. I thought for a “fast food” burger place, getting a free burger would be an inexpensive meal. With all of the up charges, it was more than $15 which was even with the free burger. This was our first and last visit.More

I had always wanted to know what it felt like to have a burger exactly like I wanted it without having to go buy everything and do it myself. You always end up wasting stuff too because you really dont need to buy a package...of 4 tomatoes but that is how they sell it at a grocery store. In any case, Wheat Bun, Hamburger, Aged Swiss Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, a slice of avocado, bacon and some chipotle sauce. I just stared at it for about 3 minutes when it came out because it was exactly what I wanted. It had sort of an "elite" look to it like it had not been prefabricated. It was beautiful. It was exactly what I wanted in that moment. I had always wanted a place like this. Granted this place is not McDonalds and it is not even Five Guys which is a good place. This is on the more expensive side of burgers, maybe even the most expensive side, but it is worth it. I like a good burger once a month or so and this is where I will get it when I want to satisfy that urge. You really cant do better anywhere else.More

We only found this place on accident. Never heard of it before. The place is okay. I ordered the BBQ, Bacon, Cheddar and sweet potato fries. My wife ordered the Truffle Mushroom and Swiss with Smash fries. My burger had only a slight hint of...bbq sauce taste. My wife's burger had a ton of truffle mayo on it. The person taking the order was in to much of a hurry to get our order over with. Our table we picked was messy and had to move, nobody ever came over and wiped the messy table. Our order was brought to us by another less than overjoyed employee who mumbled what we ordered to us before we realized he had our orders in hand. The place is way OVERPRICED.....almost $28.00 for 2-burger, fries and drinks.More
