We eat here at least once a year and it's always a delightful experience. The service is relaxed but attentive. We never feel like we're rushed out for the next group. The food is very good and the drink selection is excellent. Just a nice place to dine.

This is the kind of restaurant that is good for special occasions. it isn't cheap, but it is a lovely old building and the food is well presented.

I dined here with a colleague during the week for an early dinner and enjoyed the cozy nature of dining inside a renovated, early 1800's house. Our server was polite and attentive, but not overly so. My colleague and I shared our entrees which is always nice, since we get to expand our food experience in one evening. We had... More

The character of this restaurant is wonderful. It's an old home that's been turned into a restaurant. They have a very nice, imaginative menu. My wife chose pumpkin seed encrusted grouper that was absolutely delicious. I chose a gnocchi dish that was fine. The server was a bit awkward, but kind. A very nice meal overall.

The food portions were a little small but they were excellent. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality of the food. I would definitely go back to this place again.

The restaurant is a converted mansion, that makes you feel like you are dining in someone's estate. I ordered the salmon, and loved every bite. My wife ordered the trout, and really liked it as well. For dessert we had profiteroles which was the highlight of the night. There is also a very good beer and wine selection.

Two of us celebrated with a birthday dinner on a recent early night during the week. We called for reservations a few days ahead, very polite phone assistance and person asked if this were a celebration. We said yes and they took all the info. We were seated exactly where we'd requested, on the main level. We were presented w/a... More

Don't be a hurry to have dinner here, plan on at least two hours -- and that's a good thing. It's been a while since our family has really enjoyed a well prepared and non-rushed meal out. There was plenty of time for conversation and enjoying each course. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. This was our... More

That was the report of one of our party who had the pro chops which he seldom orders because they are hard to cook well. And eveyone (there were ten of us) was very happy with our dinners - especially the lamb chops. It was a very special night.

This was a random selection from TripAdvisor. It was quaint and historic with excellent farm-to-table food, which is something that I appreciate and shop for. The service was excellent and the food was very good. I would come again.
