Crab cakes were delicious. Also had Reuben, which was outstanding. Berry salad was the best. Crab leg special looked amazing. Met some local folks who we're welcoming and very friendly. Hope to return soon.

We stopped in here while walking through the quaint little town of Cape Charles. As we walked in, we were greeted by the site of a pub that was authentic as any in Ireland. The wall decorations made me feel like I was back in time! The original occupant of this building was a bank, and you could still see... More

Kelly's Gingernut pub is the great reference to the town of Cape Charles. They constantly strive to improve their menu and not once they have charged me extra for substituting something in a meal. Owner and staff will make you feel comfortable and Jim and Chris behind the bar will make sure that your drinks are yummy and arrive on... More

I went to Kelly's Pub in July 2016. The place is so neat as it is a converted bank. We ate dinner in the vault and I could not stop looking around at the amazing architecture and decor of the restaurant. Our waitress was super sweet and attentive. I got the steamed shrimp and one of the craft brews! The... More

This place was delicious. Our server was also amazing at accommodating our two little ones. It was such a nice surprise to have such a quality restaurant in such a little town.

Too hot and stuffy to eat lunch in the "vault" section of this old bank, now bar & restaurant. I would go back and order the same ravioli again but he said that, while good, he wouldn't get the beef/lamb Shepard's pie again. Generous portions. I cook so much that I rarely exclaim about a meal-- but that spinach ravioli... More

We enjoyed our dinner, going in at 6 on a busy weekend to avoid a rush before the fireworks. The waitress attentive. We had the Cobb salad, a crab cake sandwich, the burger with crab and Brie, and the short ribs. Drinks and dinner were very good. We would definitely eat here again.

Stopped here for lunch two days ago. I was feeling like having a burger, but wanted some seafood since we were so close to the shore. So I was happy to see the Brie and Crab burger on the menu! The burger definitely hit the spot! Both my taste buds and my appetite were definitely thankful! The location is great... More

We spent several nights in Cape Charles while working on a construction project. A group of us landed at Kelly's Pub and knew we had found a gem. The meal of Beef Short Ribs, Mussels, and Cream of Crab soup were fabulous. The variety of local brews on tap were impressive, and the conversation with staff and guests was entertaining... More

Went with 6 couples. Had reservations. One night was a disaster. My order was mixed up so I didn't get served until the entire party was finished. A hamburger - really? What annoyed me was the waitress didn't even check with me or offer a few chips or something while I was waiting. Then she seemed offended when I sent... More
