Cute, and cozy place with lots of yummy looking desserts.
They have an egg sandwich, and a scramble egg dish that was just unbelievable nasty. It’s made with eggs that tasted like McDonald’s eggs, and for the price that we paid we were expecting fresh...eggs. Maybe their lunches are worth it, but their eggs dishes are not worth going back there where I can get the same sandwich at a McDonald.More
Why wait in line in Burlington for a table for 45 minutes when you can get here in 10 minutes, no wait in line, no wait for food. We’re here for a hockey tournament and always battle to find something on Church Street - and...are usually disappointed. Seriously delicious French flare food-bright, clean, pleasant staff. Baked items looked unreal - brunch was one of the best I’ve ever had! Check it out if you’re in the area even if for a quick snack and latte.More
My first visit and I won't go back. I worked at a patisserie so I know what fine pastries are supposed to taste like and I know what excellent customer service skills require. We called in an order to go due to Covid-19. The Lady...was absolutely rude from the very beginning. It was 2 pm and she said I needed to hurry because they close at 3pm. I asked if everything was available on the menu since they close at 3 and she said yes. We order a piece of quiche and I wanted a quick breakfast and she said no. So I went with a panini. We got a small piece of quiche for 12.50 which was not worth it and a dried out panini that wasn't edible. I was embarrassed for them. We would've been ok with the food part because eh it's Covid, but the bad attitude I didn't pay for. It's not ok to take it out on your customers. You're lucky to have a business and a job during these times so show a little gratitude.More
We stopped in for a snack of cocoa and cookies. The place also serves lunch and dinner in an open seating arrangement that is very calming, clean and very attractive. We’d definitely return if we were in the area.
The food here was amazing. The baked goods looked delicious. I had the french toast. It had berries and a vanilla sauce. It was a baked french toast. Very yummy. Someone in our party had granola pancakes, they looked delish. Very clean, you order on...your way in then sit at an assigned table.More
My husband and I popped in for a late Saturday lunch. The weekend lunch menu was simple. We ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and a turkey wrap, plus a double chocolate chip cookie for dessert. They assigned us a table in the bright seating...area. The tables were spaced far apart. The quality of our simple lunch was excellent. The food was delicious. The service was quick and attentive. We were very happy to have the opportunity to dine out safely. The only drawback was that the menu was limited. Go here, too, for coffee and baked goods. They also have pre-made dinners for take-out.More
I love this restaurant! I feel like this WAS the best kept secret in Burlington. The food is delicious. The menu appeals to many tastes, the prices are also good. The desserts are incredible. The salads are fresh and delicious and the sandwiches are fantastic....Check this out if you are shopping, getting your nails done, taking a friend to the airport. This is the place for a nice “bite to eat.”More
When it comes to eating out for breakfast, I like quantity...a big breakfast. This place doesn't provide it. I went with my daughters. Their meals were good, according to them. I went traditional, eggs, sausage, home fries and baguette? So it's a 13 dollar plate....The skimped on the home fries and the bread was two, very small slices, off a skinny baguette loaf. Literally I was nibbling on the bread so I'd have enough to soak up some yolk at the end; barely had any. For a 13$ breakfast I'm expecting giant country toast and a pile of potatoes. Not sure I'll be coming back too soon; breakfast for three was $45+More
Dropped my daughter off at UVM, stopped here lunch. First overpriced for the quantity of food received. I read other reviews about how great the salads are. REALLY. Overpriced for small salad. I will try for breakfast in the future, maybe breakfast will impress, never...agiain for lunchMore
