We had heard this place had good food- website stated it closed at 9 and we pulled into the parking lot at 8:20 and was just about to open the door when a worker looked at us- flipped the sign to close and walked away. So not cool. Won't be back

We use La Toscanella every year when we ski Mount Snow. They have a small seating area but we generally get pizza and apps to go and eat back at the hotel. Prices are reasonable and the pizza is actually vey good.

Had several take-out pizzas over a few weeks. Always perfect, always efficient and pleasant service. Never get past their margherita pizza because it is made with fresh Vermont mozzarella. The crust is absolutely perfect (thin, crisp, just a bit charred at the edges) with just the right amount of stuff on top. I've been to "swell" city restaurants, with big-name... More

We opted for the very reasonably priced two slice special. We added two additional toppings which were reasonable at 25 cents each. Unfortunately, I think the pizza would have been better without the toppings... the two we chose just weren't good. The crust was decent as was the sauce. I really think plain cheese would have been the better way... More

We had pizza by the slice. It was fast and cheap (4 slices, 2 sodas and a salad for ~$15) but the crust was a limp and seemed a little under done. It wasn't great but it was pizza. :)

We were at Mt. Snow for a wedding over Memorial Day weekend and had 12 people to entertain for pizza on Saturday night. La Toscanella had been recommended so we contacted them with the first question, which was whether they could do a pizza without garlic in the sauce (My wife is allergic.). We were assured that they do not... More

The pizza place I usually go to in this area was closed for renovations, so I decided to give Toscanella a try. The physical space is unimpressive...not unlike a lot of ski town joints. There is a small, four seat counter and a couple of areas with tables and a booth. But you're not here to eat the ambiance and... More

After a long day of skiing, no one wanted to go out to a restaurant, so we ordered take out. The only outstanding item was the french fries - seemed to have been real cut potatoes which were excellent. The pizza was fine, the eggplant parm over pasta was also just ok - the sauce and pastsa almost had a... More

One of the problems of visiting the Mount Snow ski resort during a slow week is that all of the on-site restaurants (except for the fine-dining option in the Grand Summit Hotel) are closed on weekday evenings, or close unpredictably based on daily ski traffic. If you want dining options, you have to drive down the mountain to Dover or... More
