Kindness goes a long way. This morning , the owner ran out of the shop and screamed at me in front of a crowd of customers . I was accused of being inconsiderate for driving in the wrong entrance , and for not moving my...car over a foot for the lot to allow more cars . It was a complete shock to me that any owner would speak like this . I pulled into the back entrance to avoid interfering with customers who were pulling out of the actual entrance . I have since spoken to many people (locals too), who have had similar experiences with the owner . There was no reason for any of this . I went in the back entrance because there was someone coming out of the entrance . I thought I’d be kind by going around and not causing traffic on Rte 100. I tried to explain this, but to no avail. He did not allow me to even get words out . I am a very considerate and respectful person who would never break a rule or hurt another .More

Cinnamon buns were excellent. Good for all kinds of pastries and coffee. Wish they would add breakfast sandwiches to menu, but the pastries and bread are top knot here!

We picked up breakfast from here every day we were nearby. The muffins, cinnamon rolls, coffee cake, danishes, all of if. Go multiple times and try something different each time. Enjoy the journey.

I've had limited opportunity to sample the wares, but very impressed with the appearance of the cakes. Rolls, not so much, but then I'd rather sink my choppers into a sweet any day.

Super pleasant experience with staff - quick in and out perfect before hitting the mountain. Items are ready to go and the iced coffee is the best. Everything's quality.

The worst customer service experience ever! Great baked goods, very rude owner. We will not be coming back. Simply no reason to be so obnoxious to your customers at 7 am. Each customer typically spends a minimum of $20, it's too bad that the owner...does not appreciate it and does not care about his customers. Frankly, he likes being rude to women and it's not ok. It's up to you if you want a great cinnamon bun and a dose of a.m. abuse; I will be taking my family and my money elsewhere. Ridiculous. Very rude.More

It is with the most respect possible that I send this response. We work incredibly hard to provide a top notch customer experience. Sometimes (especially first thing in the morning) we are met with harsh words and demands from our customers. During a holiday week...More

WOW. just WOW. We decided to stop here on our way home from a weekend at mount snow and we were not disappointed. The croissants were so buttery, the cinnamon rolls were unbelievable and just absolutely delicious... But the cream cheese pound cake... my GOD....TO DIE FOR. If you are in town you have to stop here for some sweet treatsMore

all of the baked goods are great, but the cinnamon rolls are most excellent. I also had a chocolate Bombe cake for a birthday that was delicious

This is a must stop in Dover! Best little bakery in southern Vermont. This is a weekly stop for my family when we come to ski. The cinnamon buns are out of this world. They never disappoint here!

I stopped here for a morning treat--and I sure was treated! The homemade donuts, cakes and pastries were plentiful and I had a hard time making a selection! I did get a cinnamon roll and it lived up to my expectations. It cost more than...what I'd spend at my local grocery store bakery but it was worth it as a special treat. When in Dover, stop here!!More
