Food was pretty decent.  Some was really good (like the chopped pork and duck fat fries) but others wasn't  (like the brisket, too fatty).  We picked our food up to go but it looks like a trendy place to eat.   Easy to get to.   They were knowledgeable about gluten allergies so that was a major plus (and the reason we... This is the place to enjoy good smoked and grilled meats, either beef, pork or chicken cooked to perfection. The selection of beers from their own mini brewery is fantastic. Excellent combination for a good meal accompanied by business partners.

Stopped here for dinner on the recommendation of a friend. The place was very crowded and noisy. There were five of us and surprisingly were seated within five minutes. The food was pricy and average at best. The beer selection was excellent. We felt like we were being rushed out of the place and the waitress refused to separate our... More

We were recently back in the area for a weekend of hiking and dined here twice for dinner. It's the place we dine when we arrive to the Waterbury/Stowe area because it's located conveniently near the exit off of I 89. Both the hubby and I start looking forward to dining here a few days before our trip because we... More

After touring different attractions in the area, we stopped for lunch at this establishment. We both had a pork sandwich with coleslaw. I had the cheddar grits and my husband had the baked beans. The food was very tasty. Even though we didn't have any liquor, we did notice their great bourbon selection.

Food was excellent, I tried the beef brisket and have to say it's one of the best to date for me not being dry at all. Duck fat fried fries were tasty. Beer brewed on location was well and on point for VT standards.

Heard a lot of great things about this place, but wow was it expensive. $35 for a paper bowl burrito and 2 beers; before tip. The atmosphere is cool, definitely VT. The bar is pretty big and they have some outdoor seating if you make it during the warmer weather. Love to go back, but honestly, cannot afford to drink... More

Wicked small serving of the pulled pork plate and rather drab & dry but with all the reviews rely committed to give it a try. Cocktails fun but most good bartenders can create fun today. Nothing special about dessert but root beer float sunk so don't bother if you are looking for that to raise your review.

This hidden gem offers way more than you would expect. #1- We are very selective of our beer. There are some outstanding IPA's in Vermont that are ranked in the USA but this place has one called Bantum that will outdo every IPA on the Market. The only issue is, don't try to take lots home to share, because it... More

We enjoyed a leisurely lunch with beer and cider. The food was delish. Kind of a Mexican take with tacos and burritos and Cuban sandwiches. We had burrito bowls with carnitas. So good!
