Had a great pork belly Club sandwich and a VT Beer sampler flight. Loved the beer and the sandwich. My wife raved about the turkey burger. Awesome selection of VT craft beers!

We were promptly sat and served. I had a kale Caesar which was fresh and delicious and a small plate of amazing mac and cheese. Highly recommended. My fiance had eggs rolls and buffalo wings which he loved as well. We got flourless chocolate cake and chocolate mousse to split for dessert. They were both yummy but if you're a... More
Went for dinner and were seated promptly. The hostess did not seem to be having a good day. However, our server was delightful and attentive. Excellent selection of beer choices (38) with favorites as Hill Farmstead and others. The burger was juicy, tasty and cooked well. The veggie burger was absolutely delectable! Whether you are into veggie burgers/sandwiches or not,... More
Stopped here based on a recommendation from our hotel as we were looking a place with an extensive beer menu. The Reservoir fit the bill. Their beer list is pretty nice. The food is rather good as well. We stopped in mid-week and were seated rather quickly. The nice part of this eatery is that you can sit in the... More
We were in Waterbury overnight and asked our hotel for some suggestion. We chose The Reservoir because of its close proximity to our hotel. The atmosphere is quaint, local, comfortable. The food was delicious, expertly prepared from fresh and local selections. The staff was helpful in explaining the menu. We enjoyed our dinner and would love to visit again.
I was in town for the Waterbury Arts Fest, worked up an appetite -- and found a long line at Prohibition Pig. The Reservoir is just up the hill, and we thought we'd give it a try. I was DELIGHTED! Nice pub atmosphere, great beer selection, interesting food, and even gluten free options. Good value on top of it all.... More
We stopped here to try their beer and for a bite to eat. While they have a decently long list of beer, only two of them were brewed there and they were out of one of them. They did have the red, which wasn't bad, and they have a nice selection of different types. We had a couple of burgers,... More
Large pub with nice atmosphere - inside and patio seating. Long menu of draft, bottled and cans of predominantly Vermont beers to match. We had large well-prepared burgers and sides but the menu includes many other options. Were there on a Monday night and place was packed by 7:00 PM. Sports on TV in back area but that didn't dominate... More
