Food was fantastic and overall I had a great experience. I started with sticky bacon which was absolutely perfect. Followed by a huge bowl of tasty ramen. For a drink I stayed with a classic, negroni made fancy for 16.00 with tom cat gin. The...drink was exactly what I expected. I ordered another and saw the bar tender who was using a jigger, pour the Tom cat and then pour out half in a shot glass and set it aside. That’s weird. For 16 dollars you can’t even pour 2 oz of Tom cat. I asked the bar tender why they do that and the reply was ridiculous, said I could buy the rest for Togo or it goes to the staff.More

Delighted to have fresh ramen in the Valley. But, I was underwhelmed with our first order. The Golden Girls was a delightful color from the turmeric and curry, but the broth was not complex. My palate got bored. The added elements, including tofu, were just...okay. The noodles were a good texture, and slurp-able. The sticky chicken appetizer was also okay, nothing mind-blowing. The cut of the meat wasn’t particularly appetizing. Three ramen bowls plus an appetizer with two pieces of chicken was north of $80. I want this place to succeed, and I also want to be wowed. Both things can be true. Maybe next time I will be; I’d be willing to give it another chance.More

The food here is on point. With freshly made noodles, rich and flavorful broth, and fresh local ingredients, you cannot go wrong. Most ramen places treat their vegetarian options with some small amount of disdain--it is pretty untraditional to go for a veggie option. Not...so at Stoke! I go, I have a bowl filled with the most delightful broth that was given the same amount of care and attention as the ones made with meat, and I feel satisfied. With so many pizza places and high end pub food options in the valley, this was a much needed addition. I can't recommend it enough. The cocktails are also the best in the valley.More

Ramen is really a pretty ideal apres ski dish. Warm, flavorful and hearty - and Stoke does an excellent job of it in a cozy open-kitchen space. Very popular already, get there early. It's great to see the hard-working and dedicated chef/owners earn some well-deserved...success and credit.More

Ramen is amazing. Owners are amazing. Young and super passionate about what they do. It's a must have and will be more amazing after a cold day at the mtn. Trust me, come here!

What a great addition to the Valley restaurants. Four of us ate late Friday, just before they were supposed to close. Everything made to order. We had two vegetarian and two meat filled (duck, chicken, pork belly) bowls. Everything delicious. Sake selection really great. You...can sit and watch as everything is prepared and then slurp away. Really friendly, great quality. So much local produce everything fresh as can be. New favorite spot.More
