This is one of my favorite places to eat in Vermont. I have since moved to Vermont so I get to visit more often. The coffee is always spot on and the food is all made from scratch from imaginative Chefs and cooks. Always greeted...with a smile and always sent on my way with a happy belly and a Thank you" from the staff. Top Notch stuff!!More

Great place to bring friends. They have great food. Will be going back! If you have time to stop they have a lot of menu options, you go up to the front and order food and they’ll bring it over to your table. They also...do take out. They have a great staff.More

Fast service. I was surprised how fast my food was ready. Loved the shredded chicken tacos, not too spicy. Portions were big. About 8 items to choose from for dinner. Nice presentation.

Four iron bistro chairs provide an outdoor patio as an alternative to eating at a table inside. Facing Main Street provides a people-watching opportunity for this very casual and local eatery. One orders the food at the counter in the back of the deli-stye café...and each table is provided with a number. When the food is prepared, a server brings the food to you. I was not sure what to expect, but the owner of Vergennes Wine recommended 3 Squares Café for lunch. The menu is varied and somewhat extensive, which includes one the best falafel sandwiches I have ever eaten . Topped with feta cheese and a tomato salsa provided more than enough for my culinary experience. The dressing on the salad, which came with the falafel, was mild but sweet and very pleasing to the palate. With tax and tip: $14.00.More

Every town should have a place like this--comfortable, reasonable, casual, and friendly. That's worth four stars, but when the menu is creative and constantly changing to reflect local produce that is, as Thomas Jefferson say, "ready to come to table" then a fifth star is...warranted. For dessert, walk to the corner and get a maple creemee.More

With a continually updated menu, 3 Squares uses seasonal Vermont foods. Good sandwiches. Enjoyed the Meze Platter. Seating inside and out.

It was time for lunch as we were rambling across Vermont. We stopped in 3 Squares Cafe and were pleasantly surprised at the fresh creative offerings. Mom ordered the kids spaghetti offering. She doesn't like a large meal. She really enjoyed this option. I ordered...the falafel. It was fried well on the outer layer. I think the inner wasn't really cooked well enough. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our lunch at this bustling lunch spot.More

Yummy breakfast. A little on the expensive side for breakfast, but the service was great and the food was good. Very accommodating.
