My family made it to Topnotch after a long drive. Upon check in Charlie was able to make reservations for my family and I at Flannel. This gesture made our night so much easier as we didn't have to search for a restaurant. We loved...More

The food at Flannel is no doubt high quality. The service, however, was quite strange. One of the managers was scolding a server in front of us for doing absolutely nothing wrong. I found the server herself to be charming and helpful.

Flannel has perhaps the best view at Stowe with huge windows facing the ski slopes. We were a bit apprehensive about a buffet Thanksgiving dinner but were pleasantly surprised that just about all offerings were very tasty. A variety of cheeses, shrimp and crab claws...More

Excellent and changing seasonal menu with a variety of offerings. We had the King Salmon and Flannel Burger, and both dishes were plentiful and delicious. Great service. Beautiful setting. Beautiful views from the dining room of the surrounding mountains, especially in the Fall.

This was one of the best things I've ever had in my mouth. The lamb, medium rare, was perfect. The basil crust complemented. I'm not a spinach fan but this was sweet and moist and totally devoured. I had the Maple Leaf cocktail as well...More

Yes I believe it would be. I'm assuming you're renting it out, it's no very large but would be great as a rehearsal dinner. Have fun
