At the time we visited, the restaurant is not open except for breakfast. This may be a seasonal thing. The breakfast was really good though and there are plenty of other great restaurants in the area for dinner.

Came in after a long 6 hour drive and made it in time as the last sitting is 7:30-8pm. Started off with the Burrata and it was very good. Had the chicken piccatta and my girlfriend had the salmon. now my girlfriend NEVER finishes a whole plate of what ever she orders but in this case she cleaned the plate.... More

Lovely evening and great service. My friends raved about the steaks but my tuna was tough and a few degrees past rare. Prices are very reasonable. We sat comfortably for several hours with no pressure. Will certainly return.

We ski Stowe Mtn every year and stay at a different property each time. This year we decided to stay at Hob Nob. Room was spacious with nice clean bathroom. Best feature on this property is the restaurant. We had braised Pork Chop and Roast Duck. Both entrees were perfectly prepared & delicious. The wine menu listed many choice wines.... More

The service was great, and the dining room is lovely. However both my husband and I had steaks and both had a strong burned taste from the grill. I sent mine back and while they tried it really wasn't much better the second time. I have to say they really tried, the waitress was very nice. I'm just not sure... More

We frequent Stowe, but have waited until this summer to visit the Hob Knob. Upon our first visit, we knew we had to go back immediately! So we did... the next night. And the following weekend. And again within the month. Prices are reasonable, selection is varied, and the staff is very top knotch.

We stayed in Stowe for a long weekend. It rained the whole time. Luckily, we chose to have dinner at the Hob Knob Inn on the second night. The people and setting were fantastic. We had a nice romantic setting with the table right by the cracking fireplace. My filet steak was cooked to perfection. Service was excellent and friendly.... More

Every year we come up to Stowe in October and we try to go to the Hob Knob restaurant for dinner but it closes early in the season. This year we got up on their last night and were able to have an amazing dinner!! They serve certified Angus beef and although I am not a frequent 'red meat' eater... More

We were slightly off-season, but disappointed in quality of food. The Caesar Salad was the worst I've had. The dressing seemed to come from a cheap bottle. The rest of the meal was average, at best; I expected more from the reviews I read.
