The wraps and sandwiches are healthy and delicious, as are the salads (be ready for a large serving...enough for two!). They have local Kombucha and smoothies, home made cookies and muffins, and very good coffee.

It's so nice to find a salad that is nice and big! You fill out a little slip of paper picking out your ingredients and in a few minutes you have a nice big freshly made salad. I almost always add chicken when ordering salads out and did this time too. In this case it was a bit of pretty... More

We ordered a straightforward to-go breakfast for four around 8:00 on a Monday morning. There was no mention of a back-up, which would have been logical given our request for the breakfast "to go." In the 30+ minutes we waited for the food, I saw a customer approach the counter in complete bewilderment that the breakfast sandwich that had been... More

We are very sorry for the delay in the food and any negative experience. That's not the service we strive for here. Its a big year for us and a new team and when training this much during the highest peak times there can be confusion, mistakes, and a little chaos. We have discussed your experience internally. We have been to the Green Goddess many times and are always pleased. They have a wide selection of breakfast foods, sandwiches of all kinds, and salads the size of.....well very large! They offer indoor seating as well as seating on their covered porch. Food can also be ordered to go.

Very nice eclectic little sandwich shop. Both my wife and I got very good sandwiches. Very friendly staff. Interesting food. Clean establishment. We decided to try the shop on our last day in Stowe. Wished we had tried it earlier in our stay. We will definitely go back on our next stay in Stowe.

the salad, which was the key lunch item, became CRAP!! many of the wonderful ingrediants like raisons, tomatoes, seeds, ect ect ect ect are no longer available……..the wonderful bread became white garbage, and the lettuce is unfit for a starving rabbit!

Hey Neil - Just want to keep everyone informed. We use the same products we always have, from the same companies - we do also use our own and other local produce . Our tables were done by a local artist, sorry that upset you as well :( And this is a good opportunity to share some of our toppings:... More

Good and unusual healthy food choices, far from the hustle-bustle of downtown, and obviously a hit with locals. Interesting traditional, Greek, Italian, Asian and Latin items all available. Only down-side was the incredibly loud open drinks cooler in the center of the counter droning throughout the dining area - poor placement.

Stopped for lunch and was not disappointed. Ordered "The Local", which is grilled veggies turkey, Vermont Cheddar, bacon, tomato, arugula, pesto aioli, on grilled house white ($9). Amazingly flavorful and filling. Also ordered a Dirty Monkey smoothie; espresso, chocolate, and banana. ($8) Outstanding! Though I wish they had a large option for smoothies. Service is good and there's plenty of... More

The salads are awesome but over priced and you totally get nickeled and dimed building it. The other food I've tried there both at breakfast and lunch was average at best. The owners do not seem open to constructive criticism and are beyond overly defensive. Stowe/Waterbury/Morrisville/Montpelier have amazing dining options - skip here and give one of them a try.

Sorry you feel this way! We also enjoy many other places around us, and while we agree that what we offer may not be for you - its VERY well received by others and we love what we do, sorry you do not :( Have a wonderful, blessed day - we wish you well. More

My mom and I stopped at this cafe for breakfast. It was delicious! I had a Mexican breakfast wrap with pork and black beans and cheese. My mom had a pesto egg wrap with feta cheese which she really enjoyed. We also got cappuccinos which were very good. For the area, I thought the prices were reasonable ($22 for the... More

Description
We love food - not just any food but great food! Couple that with outstanding service and we’re happy campers. Thats what we wanted to bring to everyone in Stowe! Not only are we a great spot for salad seekers and vegetarians but if you’re looking for some savory comfort food then we wont disappoint! Our goal for the cafe is not to be boxed into one type of cuisine. We love and enjoy different flavors and thats what you can expect with us on any given day.All of our food is made fresh using the highest quality ingredients so every bite is a delight and every person you meet will greet you with a smile thats genuine! Many of our Italian and Mediterranean dishes were handed down to us from our families that have been in this business for generations and we couldn't be prouder to bring them to your table. See you soon!Warmest Regards,Athena and Tim
