I am a local and enjoy Green Goddess once in awhile, however it is a bit pricey and don't really understand the tip jar as it is all self service,or seems to be?haven't really figured that out.The art on the wall is great and the food is also.

One of those pleasant quirky little places where you order at the counter and they bring it to you. I had cinnamon raisin French toast with (of course) Vermont maple syrup - very good! And maple pepper bacon, I think it was called - extremely delicious and quite pricey. Great coffee. Customers seemed to be mostly regulars who knew each... More

We visited Green Goddess with a little trepidation given the recent lukewarm reviews. All we can say is that the negative feedback bore no relationship to our experience which was entirely positive. We arrived a little late for breakfast so chose from the general menu and were not disappointed. The staff could not have been more helpful or pleasant. All... More

Thank you Richard. The team works very hard here and we appreciate you coming in! Summer time means staffing up, that can sometimes lead to error, unfortunately regards of our effort to rectify any issues, sometimes people share those experiences and it makes it appear like the norm from us- which it isnt :( Yay - hope to see you... our family of 3 arrived @ 830, before any rush occurred, and our beverages were all incorrect, as well as our son's breakfast (pancakes?!) took 30 min for 1 pancake instead of the 3 he ordered. won't be going back-kind of ridiculous.

While the food was good, I was appalled by the way I was treated by a certain employee when I mentioned I forgot to order something. So rude that I'm not sure I'll ever go back there. And she wasn't even busy. Also it's quite expensive

Go for breakfast. Go for lunch. You will NOT be disappointed at all. Breakfast menu is diverse, for every taste and really well made. Lunch salads are huge with awesome greens and really tasty. You select what you want in it from a list. And the sandwiches are fresh, tasty and huge! All I can say us, go hungry. You... More

Awesome Sandwiches - probably THE best Cubano I've ever had in my life- no lie. Great customer service, casual ambience and super high quality flavor and fresh sandwiches! What a gem- we will be circling back to get Cubanos to go on our way back from Montreal down to Boston.

I met a friend for lunch today at the Green Goddess Cafe. It was packed at 12:30pm on a Wednesday. We were lucky to find a nice table and we ordered some tasty sandwiches. This restaurant does not have waiters or waitresses. It is self order, therefore you can eat inside, outside or take out. I had the chicken sandwich... More

After passing by this establishment on the way into town on Saturday and again on the way back into town from visiting a local church on Sunday, my husband and I decided to give it a go. Once we entered this cute little cafe, I first noticed that there was a nice and eclectic mix of merchandise items for sale... More

Description
We love food - not just any food but great food! Couple that with outstanding service and we’re happy campers. Thats what we wanted to bring to everyone in Stowe! Not only are we a great spot for salad seekers and vegetarians but if you’re looking for some savory comfort food then we wont disappoint! Our goal for the cafe is not to be boxed into one type of cuisine. We love and enjoy different flavors and thats what you can expect with us on any given day.All of our food is made fresh using the highest quality ingredients so every bite is a delight and every person you meet will greet you with a smile thats genuine! Many of our Italian and Mediterranean dishes were handed down to us from our families that have been in this business for generations and we couldn't be prouder to bring them to your table. See you soon!Warmest Regards,Athena and Tim
