Usually gluten-free pizzas are gross and mushy unless they're cooked a bit longer, so when I saw Folinio's option for "crispy," I ordered my gluten-free pizza "crispy." I guess that means "burned to a crisp" in Vermont because my pizza was BLACK and nearly inedible....What's amazing about FOLINO'S pizza, though, is that in spite of its being burnt, I ate every last bite of that gluten-free pizza! It was DELICIOUS! I would like very much to go back to Vermont and try another - preferably NOT "crispy" - because this pizza was wonderful, in spite of the blackness on the bottom. I wish Folino's weren't 10 hours from my home. Highly recommended - but be careful what boxes you check when you order!More

We stopped for a late lunch and ordered a vegetable pizza and small salad which was recommended to share. The perfectly wood fired Uber thin crust complimented the fresh vegetables which included mandolin sliced sweet potatoes which didn’t dominate. We went through a connecting door...and had Fiddlehead beer from their brewery. Our pizza and salad were brought over! All in all, a great experience!More

This is a good pizza place right on the highway. There was outdoor seating when we went which we enjoyed. The big thing to know about this place is that it shares a building with Fiddlehead Brewing so you can get beer from there to...enjoy with your pizza. We got the Truffled Pig pizza which had good flavor. The drawback was, like many of these coal-fired pizza places, the pizza came out too charred for my liking. I would go again but would ask to go easy on the charring. I know it is a recent fashion, but I don’t like burnt crust.More

For the price of the pizza it is unacceptable that we had to wait over an hour to get served. It is chaos inside and the excuse was that “tickets were lost”. We have had some poor experiences here before, and thought we would give...it another chance while we had guests in town. We will never return… and tipping prior to getting our food seems like a poor business model.More

Wood-fired pizza connected to Fiddlehead Brewery. Order at the counter and sit outside or in the brewery. They will come find you. The pizzas are personal size or 16”. They have great sausage.

Amazing pizza. The only drawback is that the family size salad is too less. It says 6-8 can eat but not true.. Just enough for 4. Pizzas are thin and taste sooooo good

Not loving the reserve-by-app process that we are all doing today, but I must admit that it went flawlessly. We were actually visiting the Burlington location on 71 S. Union Street. We ordered ahead, parked at spot #3, called in our location and they showed...with everything a few minutes later. We loved the "Fun Guy" pizza with caramelized onions and mushrooms. The single salads were generous and creative. The 12 wings were meaty and very good. Looking forward to the days of dining on-site, but for now, we were happy with the quality of the food and prompt service.More

The not so good: We had called to make reservations but because of the current situation (Covid), we were not able to be accommodated. So we opted to place an order for pick up. We arrived a few minutes before the order was to be...ready (5:10). Called in and gave them our name and curbside parking spot. Was told that it was being worked on and it would be out shortly. 15 minutes later, the pizza was still not out. Finally, I did go into the restaurant to see where our order was. Waited about 10 minutes before I was waited on (there was one person in front of me). I gave the young lady working my name and I was told that one of the pizzas was ready and was just waiting for the other. Another 10 minutes went by and no pizza. Finally after some confusion amongst the staff, they realized that our order was not done and had gotten “lost in the shuffle”. They promised to get the pizza right out to us. About 10 minutes later, our pizzas were brought out to us. The good: despite the above, the staff was very pleasant and apologetic. And they refunded us completely. The pizza itself was really good. Crust could have been a bit crispier but am chalking that up to trying to get it to us as quickly as possible.More

I stumbled on Folino’s because it shares a building with Fiddlehead brewery. The smell was so good while I was getting beer, I had to come back and try it. I both ordered takeout one day and dined in another. I got the same pizza...called the Frankenstein and you can request the crust to have that slightly burned crisp. This pizza was phenomenal! The pepperonis put others to shame. Too bad I live in another state cause if I lived in VT, this would be a weekly visited joint!More

So, we took a ride to Burlington and stopped by Folino's for pizza. . . Also had to grab some awesome Fiddlehead beer next door. Folino's is BYOB, basically, from next door. They were taking online reservations, but walk-in's also. The pizza is always amazing,...and there are a number of favorites to choose from.More

Really great wood-fired pizzas with perfect crust and tasty sauce. All outdoor seating right now, but there was plenty of seating when we were there. As authentic as it comes.

These were good pizzas. Had a gluten free margherita and a pepperoni. Both pizzas were done right. Tasted both and the gf crust was possibly the best gf crust I’ve ever tasted. Price is standard for the quality and style. Very tasty and quality ingredients....I’d return here.More

I went here for lunch 2 days ago and got some very good pizza!! I was once a very skinny little boy with no facial hair who only ate pizza and Mac and cheese and nothing interesting!! What that has to do with this restaurant...is beyond me!! I have changed since then and now I am a food machine!! I enjoy eating more than anything!! I went here and got some very good pizza with sausage and arugula and truffle oil!! It was crispy and full of flavor and I left in a good mood!! Anyway you should all come here and get some very good pizza!!More

Been going to Folino’s in Shelburne for a couple of years. For us it’s the best pizza in the area! A little pricey and they can get super busy on weekends but the pizza has always been excellent. We love the Frankenstein and the Spicy...Shrimp pizzas. It’s BYOB! Definitely recommendMore

Delicious artisanal pizza served in a restaurant with a BYOB policy. My Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza was excellent and cooked perfectly. While the service was a little less than friendly, the quality of the pizza and the relaxed atmosphere more than made up for that! They...have two locations in the Burlington area, both connected to bars/breweries.More
