So glad we found this place on our first night in St. Johnsbury. Great saloon-like atmosphere with friendly service. Extensive beer list and great wine and cocktail options. The stand out though was the nights pork taco special...probably one of the top 5 meals I've ever eaten. Simple ingredients with an amazing sweet tangy flavor. Came with 3 tacos but... More

We stopped here this time on our way to Quebec, although we do find ourselves in St. Johnsbury about once per year on a family visit to a nearby town. It's a charming town in the Northeast Kingdom, and this cafe is a solid option for a meal. I had a lovely summer salad of watermelon, goat cheese, arugula, walnuts,... More

My most recent visit to Dylan's was in June. I had the guacamole burger with sweet potato fries, and it was excellent. It is a huge serving, so it was a good thing that I hungry. Two others in our group of four also had the guacamole burger, and they, too, enjoyed their meal. My wife had one of the... More

Just had delicious burgers and fries! Hiking and biking for a week and this was our lunch before heading back to reality. Couldn't have picked a better place- quality beef and great combos! A must stop if you are in the area

Loved this place! A converted post office is now a interesting restaurant. We were there for lunch, and really enjoyed some great variations on a BLT. We found the service to be courteous and attentive. By the way - they make great fries too.

The food is wonderful. My favorite is the salads with goat cheese and quiche with salad. Nice to be able to get a chilled glass of wine with lunch. Fresh and local products used. I love to meet my girlfriends here to have lunch. This a great place to stop for lunch on your way to Canada.

Stopped in for lunch on the recommendation of a local. The restaurant is charming with indoor/outdoor seating. We both decided on "specials" that were being offered for the day. Totally delicious fresh ingredients in both our meals. My serving of crab cakes was substantial, and very filling.

Would have given the restaurant 4 stars but they were out of some basic food items like homemade sourdough bread and sweet potato fries...on a Monday. They said the weekend was very busy. The menu was unique and worth a visit. The ice tea was excellent. Really enjoyed our wraps and salad.

We got to have a good late evening meal. It that was served promptly. There was a very good variety of meals beyond the usual hamburger. Check out their facebook page. Would go again.

The plus is that the food is creative, prepared fresh with each order, and quite tasty. But that also means a meal takes time and is expensive ($40+ for two salads and drinks for lunch for two). The space and especially the bathrooms could use some attention. But overall a very nice experience if you have the time and money.
