Best Thai food In the whole state of Vermont we’ve been to the restaurants in New Hampshire and they’re certainly not as good

This is a small restaurant with tables pretty close together. It was hot outside when we visited, and it was also hot inside. Uncomfortable hot to the point I had to fan myself. That needs fixin! On the bright side, the service was excellent. Amareena...was personable, prompt, very knowledgeable and gave solid recommendations. I ordered the steamed salmon and vegetables (snow peas, onion, peas, carrots, peppers, green beans, mushrooms) with a red curry sauce. The salmon was a good sized portion and cooked perfectly. The veges were fresh and nice and crunchy. The meal also came with Jasmine rice. I usually skip the rice but I devoured this. My spouse ordered the shrimp yellow curry. It came with decent sized shrimp with perfectly cooked potatoes and carrots. The dish had a subtle curry flavor and also came with the Jasmine rice. Aside from the heat issue, a definite thumbs up!More

Wish we had the Thai restaurant at home. Thai beef salad and Panang curry chicken were great. Definitely try it.

It my friend at Kham’s for lunch. The waitstaff were friendly and accommodating. I am gluten free and really appreciate how Kham’s will adapt menu items for me to eat. Everything I have eaten there has been great. I highly recommend the fresh spring rolls...and the Vietnam noodle soup. A meal not to miss in Saint Johnsbury.More

Due to a slight change in our plans, we found ourselves staying overnight in St. Johnsbury on a trip to Quebec. The restaurant recommended this place, so we gave it a try. We ordered the standard Pad Thai, plus one other dish (chicken with cashews)....The food was prepared perfectly and everything was very fresh. Service was great. What not to like?More

Freshly prepared and presentation is lovely. Spice level is accurate, 3 stars is plenty hot (for me)! They will make the Thai ice tea or iced coffee with coconut milk if you cannot have dairy. A big plus! Staff is friendly and they know the...menu well. The Thai noodle soup broth is spectacularly tasty. Quantity of dishes is plenty. Restaurant is clean.More

I’ve visited several times for lunch and it is always an enjoyable experience. The food is very good and the staff and atmosphere are wonderful. The ability to customize the “heat” for your dish is a bonus. It’s worth the trip. Easy on/off the highway...if necessary and some good shopping options located close by.More

Our favorite restaurant! We've never been disappointed in our meals at Kham's! The entrees not only taste great but are plated beautifully. I wish we'd had our camera with us yesterday to take a picture of the Chicken & Pineapple that my wife ordered. It...was a great presentation! One word of advice, talk with the waitstaff before ordering anything spicier than 3 stars. They will be able to guide you to an enjoyable meal!More

Kham's is by far the best Thai food you're going to find in Northeastern VT, if not anywhere. It is that good, people. Their fresh rolls are really tasty with a generous amount of dipping sauce. Lunch specials are big portions with soup and appetizer...at great prices. Their curry dishes are incredibly well done. Everything we have ever had there has always been as tasty and fresh as any Thai food you'll find. You have to support this restaurant. They do it well, plain and simple.More
