Good service. Reasonable pricing. I had the shepherds pie. It was very well executed. The wine list was creative and well priced.

We just went for an engagement/birthday celebration and were completely blown away by the vast selection of beverages, appetizers, entrees, and desserts. The pickled tomato martini was crazy good! Very similar to a bloody mary but less of a meal. Out of all of the dishes we had the prime rib would be the reason I would go back. The... More

We were part of a group of 80-somethings who met here for lunch and conversation. Food was very good and our server worked hard to meet our needs. We were seated in a glass-ceiling room at the front and air conditioning was much too cold. They did adjust it, but it was still chilly. We walked through some very dark... More

We visited Rutland for a concert on July 1. We arrived early to the town to visit the shops there. We came across this restaurant and saw all of the many framed "Best Of Rutland" awards displayed on the wall, reviewed the menu and was enticed to eat here. We proceeded to ask if a reservation would be needed (near... More

Fresh food, nice atmosphere and great service. The drinks weren't great, and pricey, but the food was very good. I would recommend making a reservation, but we were able to sit at the bar for dinner.

We had a great meal here after spending a few weeks hiking. The staff was friendly. They had local beer and great food. The atmosphere and decor was cool too!

There was a minor problem with the hosting staff but that did not take away from a delicious meal. The service was impeccable-anticipated every need , friendly and efficient. The food was outstanding. My fiancée had the prime rib which was prepared perfectly and I had the cod which was sweet and fresh. The asparagus side was the best ever.

We were told to order the skillet cornbread and I'm so glad we did. It was fabulous and came with maple butter. The rest of my meal was less memorable, but fine. The service at the bar was very good. They definitely know how to pour a glass of wine (or 3, but who's counting).

We had an excellent meal here and our server, Phil, was fantastic. I had the mac and cheese, which had a ton of bacon in it. My husband had the duck pasta and it was delicious. The prime rib egg rolls were amazingly good. The cornbread was ok, but we could have skipped that and the meal would have been... More

I have eaten here a few times and just haven't taken the time for a review before. Each time was great! Last time there we had the Duck Fritters(yum!), Stuffed Chicken, Jambalaya, and Mussels. All excellent! We keep missing out on the Skillet cornbread thought!
