Yum! Had a yummy burger and equally delicious side if French fries! Paired with three top beers! Best being "Sip O Sunshine!"

Stopped at Three Penny for the first time on this trip to Vt. I'm primarily a wine drinker, and the bartender was very helpful in guiding me to a beer that I would like. We also had a cheese plate with local cheeses that was very good. Will definitely return!

We had dinner here on my birthday when everyplace else was crowded for some reason and we loved it. Upbeat mood, busy rooms, beer of all kinds, and quite good food. A really nice find.

We stopped in for a late afternoon lunch. Besides a slightly grouchy hostess, we had wonderful service. The waiter was knowledgeable about the beers on tap & sucessfully made great recommendations for all of us. The food was served quickly and satiated our appetites.

Stopped here after driving through Vermont sightseeing. The downtown area is very busy and parking can be scarce. Upon entering in this establishment it is a cozy and a relaxing atmosphere. The bar is good size with a lot of signs to read and laugh at too. The Bartender "Scott" was the friendliest guy you will meet. Was very attentive... More

This looks like the place to be in Montpelier for brews. The place was packed. Despite that the bartenders were very efficient. We didn't have to wait to be served ...several times.

Wonderful staff catering for all tastes so many different local beers and ciders on offer, and as we did, meet some great people on the bar.

This place has a great beer selection, really good bar food and a hardworking and very nice waitstaff. We could not have asked for more! The Il Padrino sandwich was great but will light you up. The great beer will cool you down. Fun!

Stopped here for lunch a little after 1:00 on a Friday, no problem. They have a nice craft beer selection with many local brews posted on the board. We tried the Il Padrino, kind of like a Cuban sandwich with chorizo, tasty and spicy. You could also have half fries and half salad for the sides which was nice. Friendly... More
