Food was edible. Wait staff was okay. Parking lot was a skating rink! I wasn’t expecting to need ice skates to get into the restaurant! Also got the wrong beer. Overall, was expecting a little better. Hopefully things will get better, would hate to see...this place shut down as it’s in a great spot!More

My husband and I thought we would try the new restaurant in town. We called for a reservation three times but no one answered so we left a message as instructed and left our reservation time and name and number. No one called back. The...fourth time someone picked up and said they did not get a message. We took the 5pm opening. We arrived to find the driveway and walk way were nothing but a large sheet of ice which was difficult to maneuver. We were sat at a small table and were told they had no menus. Only menus that had to be accessed by phone. Neither of us had a phone on us. We ordered drinks. My husband ordered a merlot which usually comes room temp but it was cold, right out of the cooler. I ordered a margarita, watched it being made which only consisted of tequila and sour mix. No triple sec or anything else in it. Horrible!! Our food came and the steak tips were well well done, tough and zero juices flowed. The veal piccatta had no lemon wine sauce or lemons anywhere, only a few cherry tomatoes. Dry and inedible. This had to be our worst experience from start to finish we ever had. The staff were chatting loudly amongst themselves but we learned all about there personal life. We really didn't need to hear all that. Also heard the complaining about other customers from the staff. So, so very unprofessional!! Needless to say our thoughts of having a nice quiet dinner did not happen. We will not be recommending this restuarant nor will we ever be back. I'm sorry I had to write this poor review. We dine out alot and I have never written a review but I felt I had to let the restaurant know and for future patrons to now what they might be in for.More

6 of us for a birthday celebration. Avery busted his ass to wait on and serve the entire place! The food was great and considering it was basically a one man show, service was good. Margaritas were awesome and we all agreed it was a...great night! Avery is a rock star server! Thanks brother!More

The food was amazing and so was the service. My pomegranate margarita was exceptional, and they had tons of margarita flavors and a massive selection of beers and ciders. The nachos were perfect. This was my first time in killington and I can’t wait to...check it out again. I will definitely come back here!More

We were all tired from a day of skiing and wanted a nice take away meal to enjoy at our Inn. Fish and Chips, Portebello Mushroom burger did the trick. The staff couldn't have been nicer as we waited for our food and listened to...a great band! Love how they are all dressed in flannel!More

I stopped in Flannels restaurant last night and had the Grilled Flatbread for an appetizer and then the Shrimp Caesar. Both excellent choices. I spoke with Chef David as he was passing through the dining area at the bar and told him that the food...was not only presented nicely, but also tasted exquisite. This Chef definitely cooks from the heart and is very passionate about his plate presentation and flavor. I would definitely recommend this new restaurant to anyone who looking for good food at a reasonable price!More

Cute place, big enough to accommodate a large group. Vaired menu with something for everyone, including kids. Hubby had the chicken, I had the cod in a lemon butter. Both of us very happy with our food. Friendly staff. Would def go back

First let me say we are from NJ and have many upscale restaurants within 15 minutes of our home. We find most of the places on the mountain OK nothing special. We have a couple we frequent but i would put Flannels on the top...of the list. On your first visit I would highly recommend the Pot Roast. Unlike most of the restaurants on the mountain the drinks actually have liquor in them. Not a half a shot and then a glass full of soda. We will probably visit this place every time we are here which is about 10 trips per yrMore

We had 2 meals here during our recent stay. Just happened to see it off the road because it was near the place we were staying. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, service friendly and the food very good. I had salmon the first night...and a chicken entree the 2nd trip. We would definitely return.More
