Our friends told us a stop here was a must. And it is. The owner greeted us with personal service and described each dish with pride. Our son ordered a cake with whipped cream and Belgium chocolate to die for...I ordered what the owner deemed...More

What a surprising gem in a tiny town! Don't let the limited lunch menu fool you. Whatever you pick will be a treat. I tried the empanada which came with a nice greek side salad. Tea is fresh brewed. You MUST save room for a...More

Marshfield is another tiny Vermont town that looks as if you might get a burger and shake if you are lucky-- nope. This charming stop offers custom cooked foods of the day and deserts to die for. The owner/chef/server does have help, but he surely...More

Stopped by pure chance, got lucky! Food is excellent, baking is top notch, service is, shall we say, individual, but suited us just fine, an exellent way to break a journey, get fed and get entertained!

Bill is a very nice guy. Food is always good. But the butter crunch wins. He is a local staple. If you want dessert this is where you go. A bit expensive but worth imo.
