This is a very special place high up a mountain road, very Victorian looking. Love the owners, the Food the View and the Rooms. All are very different and beautifully decorated.

We visited this lovely restaurant for an "all we could eat" buffet breakfast during our stay at the Inn recently. It was a very high end breakfast buffet presentation with probably the best bacon I have ever eaten. Everyone in our group raved about it. I believe they try to use as much locally-sourced Vermont grown food as possible. Everything... More

The breakfast was included with the stay at the Inn. We were extremely disappointed in the food. The chef, apparently, could not taste salt. I was looking forward to a tasty big breakfast but nothing was tasty. The frittata looked good, but one bite and all you could taste was salt. Having mentioned this to the waitress, the chef brought... More

Part of the unique Wilburton Inn scene, is their Wednesday Night Farm Dinner, a weekly al-fresco farm to table vegetarian buffet provided by Earth, Sky and Time Community Farm. A great variety of delicious gourmet dishes are served outdoors with seating on the terraces and lawns of this lovely historic estate. Breathtaking views of the Green Mountains of Vermont. Live... After hearing mixed reviews, we decided to give the restaurant a try. We should of known something was wrong when there was only one other table there for dinner at 7:00 on a Friday nite. The evening started out by them giving us a corner table in a cold room next to the windows. The owner came to the table... More

I was there for a business dinner in a private room for about 18. the service was excellent and the food was great. Delicious shrimp cocktail, beef entrée and the chocolate lava cake was the best part.

We recently ate here with family for our grandfathers birthday. He had mentioned the inn several times so we decided to surprise him! The setting is beautiful, terrace area has a beautiful view and one of the staff took a couple group photo for us before dinner. Dinner service is where they really lacked, maybe this was an off night?... More

These guests came to celebrate a 90 birthday. I think the birthday man had a fine time and I hope he will celebrate 91 with us. Our regular server and bartender both called in sick on Friday so the dining room staff was not as professional as they should have been. I was not pleased with the timing of the... More
