We went here after visiting Hildene. Good beers and good grub food. There's a beautiful view of the golf course in the surrounding Valley and mountains. My wife and I each had house-made pastrami Ruben. It was good seem to lack some of the pastrami...flavor I expected. It certainly was not flawed the french fries for good. Our friend had a a turkey wrap. She said it was moist and very flavorful. The lunch was obviously better than the average along with the wait staff and the view made it a pleasant event.More
We were a larger group but it felt like it took forever to get our food. We ordered fried pickles which were good because they weren’t overly fried, the tomato soup was subpar and didn’t taste freshly made which is what I was hoping for....The lobster roll had a bit too much mayo for my liking. The Cesar salad was good and it had large anchovies which I really enjoyed.
Overall the food was average, a fine place to go if you just finished golf and want to grab a leisurely bite for lunch, but nothing to go out of your way for.More
This is a seasonal dining option in Manchester and is open in the late spring to fall for lunch and dinner.
It is located across the street from the Equinox Hotel, at the Golf course. Wonderful mountain views!
This place, which we chose for lunch today, had been recommended to us as good food with a view, and they were not wrong!
We were seated outside very quickly, and our drinks were with us in no time.
The food took only a bit...longer than the drinks to come, but we were all very pleased with our food when our orders came.
Beautiful scenery to look at while eating good food.More
We have had lunch here before and it has been good. This was our first time this year and the food has gone down hill. Service was excellent though. Burgers seemed like frozen patties and lobster roll was runny and had an odd taste. Definitely...not fresh food. Fine for drinks but skip the food at the Dormy!More
