Walking in the door, we were basically ignored by the wait staff. After almost 5 minutes, which is a long time standing at the podium, we were finally acknowledged and then had to wait another 10 minutes even though we could see tables available. We finally got a table only to wait another long period of time just to be... More

I like my breakfast to feature good solid regular food like eggs, bacon (very good) and toast along with a fruit plate choice. They had all of this and an attentive wait staff, the coffee was excellent and my cup was always filled.

Staff was great but food was very disappointing. My daughter had cinnamon bun pancakes that were not cooked and were still batter like. I ordered an omelet with four ingredients and received two of the four. One ingredient was ham (in the omelet) and it tasted bad, as in old out dated bad. We've been before and it was good,... More

Don't blink. You'll miss it. Plenty of parking. Very Casual. Cozy and friendly. Greeted with a smile. (9 am on a Wednesday) You MUST try the Vermonter Omelette. Cooked perfect with cheese and bacon and wrapped in a fluffy egg blanket. And did I mention that the coffee is amazing. I mean really good!!!! I was told that it's local... More

We stopped here with our 2 and 6 year old boys. Breakfast cocktails were on the menu--my husband got a tasty Bloody Mary, while my son drank fresh squeezed orange juice. A lot of yummy sounding breakfast offerings---my husband and I both got what was called the "hatch-a-cado," egg and tomato on a roll with sliced avocado and home fries.... More

Love this place! French toast made with home made bread. Pancakes and waffles with chocolate chips or fruit. Great eggs with traditional options or dishes with a little flare. Yum

The menu is fun and interesting, the food is very well done. It's definitely just a small, family restaurant, but worth it if you're hungry and want a filling, warming breakfast. Service isn't the fastest, but it's never bothered us.

The Hatchery has the usual breakfast fare, except for poached eggs (don't know why). They have a couple of different things like cinnamon raisen roll French toast. It gets crowded, so get there early. Everything we had was fresh and tasty.

Stopped in for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The place was very busy. Service was kind of slow because of this. One thing we noticed was they asked a couple to move to another table so they could accommodate a larger party. Awkward moving their drinks and set ups. Food was average diner fare.

Order something with the homemade bread which is incredibly delicious. Good homemade hash, but different. Not ground up, just chunks of meat. They have mimosa's with fresh squeezed Orange juice and bloody mary's. Fresh crab cake eggs Benedict was great.
