We ate here on a quiet Saturday afternoon. The hostess seated us and brought water. There were a few other tables but it certainly didn't seem busy. After about 10 minutes the waitress took our order. After 10 more minutes someone else brought the drinks to us. After 25 minutes the waitress appeared and said, they were out of the... More

We know how important quality service is around here, so we're sorry to hear that the serving order, service time line, and burger preparation was a bit off. This isn't like us, and we'll be sure to look into this with our team right away... More

In a nutshell, the food was okay, service not so hot. Not enough personnel on hand made for a chaotic evening where we were seated and then procceded to wait for someone. One waitress came by, took our beverage order and then three other servers came by to take order(?). Our soups also arrived lukewarm, we sent them back for... More

This is certainly not the kind of experience I wish for anyone to have while dining at The Killarney, and I'm sorry to hear about these several mishaps. It sounds like you caught us on an off day, and please know I'll be addressing these issues with my staff to make any necessary changes. Of course, it's my hope to... More

Reading your review, I'm concerned you didn't have a more fun time at The Killarney. I'm sorry it took your server a while to take your second drink order -- this is certainly not customary for us as we like to serve all our guests as quickly and attentively as possible. I hope to have you back again some day... More

Very good burgers, but when there are only a dozen patrons in the place, it should not take half an hour to bring a Guinness. Which it did, twice.

Hey, there. I agree -- receiving a Guinness should never take this long! I'm sorry to hear this was the case and would love to have you back again for another fun time with speedier service. Thanks for your time and for reaching out. Sincerely, Mark - Owner More

Although the place was almost empty, the hostess seated us all by ourselves in the non-bar side. We are middle-aged, and perhaps don't meet the requirements for the other side. The hostess then seated a family with a crying baby directly next to us, making conversation impossible. We left soon after, never to return.

Please know I hear your frustration about where your hostess sat you, and I agree you should've been seated at a table you felt more comfortable at. I'd love the opportunity to have you back for another try, and I'd be more than happy to seat you at a table that's better suited for you and your party. Thanks for... More

While on vacation with friends we went here for lunch before going to the Hops on the Hill beer festival. The service was excellent and the food was fine. The hamburger very good. A great little Irish pub...service was good.. Atmosphere reminds me of Ireland. Good beer and drink selection. We had the shepards pie and the bangers and mash... Both quite good.. If in the area you should stop here. We stayed in Ludlow for a week and it was the best meal we had by far..

Thank Walter C
