Definitely a place to come back for a good cup of coffee. To go with the coffee there is a good selection of muffin and cake. The place has a good atmosphere and there is a lot of space to sit. Who need a Starbucks if there are places like this.

Wandered in there trying to find some great tasting coffee in the area and this place was amazing! Offering a nice comfortable atmosphere and so many choices of coffees and teas and lots of great food. You must experience this fantastic place and really nice people!!:):):) Annie & Brian from RI

When the owner of Java Baba hired their pizza chef, they struck gold. The pizza has that wonderfully thin, perfectly baked crust that one only finds in the metropolitan NY area. We loved eating every delicious bite!

I ordered a veggie burger with cheese. It was pretty bland, with not much else on the plate. It looked like they warmed it in a microwave and then put it in the bun, which was not grilled or even warm. Very disappointing. Not worth the money.

Three of us enjoyed coffee, gazpacho (chunkiest I've ever had) and sandwiches! Wonderful service, food & atmosphere but we really loved the Eco-friendly vibe!!

We came for the pizza and ordered two. The sign says "slow food" and lived up to its promise, the second pizza arriving more than half an hour after the first. Patience before pies. The crust is fresh and just chewy enough. Not thin, not thick. All involved really liked it. Great cheese and toppings. Loads of sandwich and salad... More

Had a very good latte. It was very hot and they had skim milk (didn't have that at our hotel) as I like it. My husband and I shared a nice tuna salad sandwich on toasted wheat - very straight forward which was fine with us. No lettuce or tomato, etc. Server was nice; they brought our sandwich to us.... We went here twice during our visit to Ludlow. Amazing sandwiches. Loved the gazpacho. Very quick service. The ice cream was just ok and we never made it for the pizza. Will definitely return.

We decide to walk in looking for ice cream and we were glad we stopped by. The Kalua with amaretto ice cream was superb. It was smooth and rich. Nothing beats flavor like fresh local dairy. VT really knows ice cream!!
