Heroes are probably the best thing. Popular with locals. Friendly staff. Kind of a deli/pizza/market all in one.

We always have luck with the recommendations we find on this site, but not this time. The main problem was that the bread was stale!!! The meat was great though. it was just not a good lunch

We stopped by for lunch and ordered 4 hero sandwiches. They were made fresh when we ordered them and made with ample fillings - meat and cheese. There were lots of options for the sandwiches and you can eat them at a stand up table...More

The food offerings were reasonably priced. Typical souvenirs to take home but so glad we found it. Staff was extremely nice and welcoming.

Heard it was THE place to purchase beer and wine. Certainly wasn't if you're looking for a decent bottle or some of the better craft beers. No better selection than nearby competition
