Fortunately made reservations. We were seated and our server was right over. Mrs. B had the fresh trout and I had the Prime Rib. Mrs. B said the trout was delicious. I can tell you the Prime Rib was thick, perfect oiled and delicious. Pricing...was consistent with most other restaurants. Fantastic service.More

Very cool atmosphere and our server was super. We sat in the caboose and had a great meal. We all loved our meals, but I’d definitely recommend the Mac & cheese!

Not often do I not finish my food in a restaurant. As I joked with the waitress, they bested me! Not gourmet food but good and hearty . Bit surprised that they charged a fee for using a credit card and automatically charged a tip....All good besides that .More

Just returned to Vermont and this was our choice for our first meal and we were not disappointed. Kayla our server was providing fantastic service throughout our meal, They have a great menu and specials and the prices are right on par with all other...restaurants, Mrs. B had the trout dinner and I had a delicious (huge) Prime Rib. We chose this restaurant because it seemed really unique. I was definitely more of a bar than a restaurant. One of the things we though would be interesting would be dining in a train car. However, when we got there, the "caboose" area was pretty...much integrated into the rest of the restaurant. The food was okay, but a bit overpriced. Wish I could be more positive, but the service/experience was rather meh.More

I've been coming to the Caboose for 3 years but for some reason they could not accept my ID for a beer. I've never been to a less professional restaurant in my life they said they have never seen a New Jersey ID which is...strange because I've been here for the last two years. It's such a shame because the old server took my id to the manager he screamed "New Jersey" after 5 minutes they said they cannot accept my ID. Sad because this restaurant was a reason I come to killington.More
Thank you for your feedback. State and Local laws are much more strict these days and your ID simply doesn't match any legal reference materials that we are provided from the State of Vermont regarding identification to serve alcohol. Everyone at Casey's was just trying...More

My family had an amazing experience at Casey’s Caboose. The burgers are incredible and the ambiance is very cool. The service was fantastic! We had the best wings, burgers, Ruben and Mac and cheese!! Our waiter Duffy was outstanding, so funny and made our Christmas extremely memorable! We always visit Casey's Caboose when we ate at killington skiing.
