Stopped here on black Friday after driving two hours to Killington for the FIS Ski World Cup. Waiter was comical and very friendly. One son had a cheeseburger. He said but was good. Which is saying a lot coming from a 12 yr old. Our other son had the steak tartare. It was delicious. My husband had the BLT with... More

Stopped by late one Saturday afternoon for a bite to eat. Place was pretty empty but the wait staff was friendly and helpful. We had a bowl of the fish chowder, it was chock full of fish, well seasoned and nice and hot. Along with a basket of homemade(?) bread and maple butter it was a tasty treat.

We were in Killington for the weekend and stumbled upon The Foundry Restaurant. I'm so glad we did. We were seated in the tavern area which was perfect. The restaurant is decorated beautifully. The staff was nice, friendly and attentive. There were plenty of TV'S to watch Sunday football , the food was delicious and a wonderful added addition was... More

The cocktails (vodka and lemondrop martinis) were cold and perfectly mixed and our main courses (scallop ravioli and the encrusted cod) were delicious with fresh vegetables on the side - we tried the pumpkin cheesecake which was fresh and creamy - place was beautifully decorated and service was wonderful - hope they have a great ski season - they deserve... We were a party of four expecting to enjoy a Prime Rib dinner recently. However, after ordering and receiving our entree, it was full of grizzle, almost impossible to cut with a steak knife. So I requested another piece and then the manager came out and said they were out of prime rib (this was 6:45 pm) and I could... More

Great looking place, right on a pond, very picturesque. Sat on the tavern side, which is more charming. Two of the tastiest steaks we've ever had. Great service, nice presentation. Desserts were quite good as well. Highly recommend!

We sat at the bar for a light dinner and a celebratory drink on a Wednesday night in October. Being the off-season there were plenty of vacant seats. But our neighbors were friendly and the bartender's dry sense of humor kept us entertained. My husband enjoyed a maple bourbon drink that was very good. We shared a chopped salad that... More

Havent been here since it was the Gristmill, In my opinion it has improved greatly. The goombay smashes are still delicious and so is the food...we got a bunch of things to pick on at the bar, risotto balls, meatballs, truffle mac and cheese, nachos, shrimp and crab cakes, everything was delish. A cool place to hang at night! I... More

Description
In the heart of Killington, Vermont, on the banks of the Summit Pond, lies The Foundry. This new addition to the Access Road provides the best in cuisine, entertainment, activities, and scenery! The Foundry offers two menus, an American Bistro-Style menu in the dining room, and a Tavern menu in the bar. The atmosphere of the dining room will surround you with warmth and relaxation, but feel free to keep the party going in the Tavern where we will offer live entertainment a few nights a week. Look forward to year-round activities on the pond, from ice skating and skate rentals this winter, to paddle boat races and Foundry Fly Dogs in the summer! Our outdoor seating will be heated, and open this winter, so come grab a chair and enjoy some of the best views in Killington!
