This was a nice place for lunch and watching football. The food was average and nothing special. I would probably not return and would rather find a more quaint restaurant with better food.

After a long drive we needed some R & R and this was just the perfect place. Sitting in the sun by the lake with a nice beer it was perfect. Will be back for dinner tomorrow as the menu looked amazing.

The ambiance was perfect, but the food was even better. Our dinners were to die for. The pastry chef makes fresh desserts daily and they were incredible. The bartender was so welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu that he made the whole experience incredible. We can't wait to get back.

My boyfriend and I came here for dinner during our stay in Killington in September. The Foundry has a great, cozy vibe that I'm sure is even better during the winter months when it's extra cold and snowy outside. We sat in the Tavern room where there is a large bar and a bad that performs every Friday and Saturday... More

My husband and I had a wonderful meal! The service was great and good was even better. I had the chopped salad with Ahi Tuna and was spot on. My husband had fish and chips- flaky and tender fish with house made slaw! There was a local band which was a treat! Place was busy on that Saturday night but... More

Stopped here after a store owner from Woodstock, VT recommended it to us. A short drive from Woodstock was worth the atmosphere and food. We got the fish chowder (very tasty and not too creamy, more broth based), fish sandwich, po' boy, truffle mac n cheese with cauliflower, and the truffle fries. We were hungry but took most home with... More

Hearty, pleasant meals, with a good variety of salads. Simple food, but welcome after active days hiking and kayaking. A nice outlook over the lake and very convenient walking distance to Summit Lodge were we were staying.

Our first night at Killington and were too tired to go far. The Foundry was right down the road. What a fabulous place! We sat outside by the pond, watched the turtles & catfish who wanted nibbles. Wait staff was great, the food was superb - recommend the Tuna Tartare, Stuffed Meatballs & Shrimp Po' Boy w/truffle fries. And the... More

The staff was wonderful to accommodate a party of 11. It was a great meal. My duck was a bit over cooked and under seasoned, but I tried the skirt steak and it was perfect. We very much enjoyed our dinner

My family and I were in town for a few days and decided to eat here one night. It turned out to be a great choice. The staff was very nice and the food was great. The atmosphere inside was excellent. So if your in Killington, this would be a good place to come.

Description
In the heart of Killington, Vermont, on the banks of the Summit Pond, lies The Foundry. This new addition to the Access Road provides the best in cuisine, entertainment, activities, and scenery! The Foundry offers two menus, an American Bistro-Style menu in the dining room, and a Tavern menu in the bar. The atmosphere of the dining room will surround you with warmth and relaxation, but feel free to keep the party going in the Tavern where we will offer live entertainment a few nights a week. Look forward to year-round activities on the pond, from ice skating and skate rentals this winter, to paddle boat races and Foundry Fly Dogs in the summer! Our outdoor seating will be heated, and open this winter, so come grab a chair and enjoy some of the best views in Killington!
