Food is best on property and overpriced overall for quality.
Food was pretty good. Steak 12 oz grilled veggies and mashed potatoes for $38.00 is reasonable considering resort. Dumplings good, Caesar salad and burger all good.

Quality service from our waiter.
My Scallop and Squid ink pasta was delicious, but there were only 4 smallish scallops... for $34 I expected a few more.
The duck wontons were very savory and rich. Nice and crispy. Good amount of them were provided.
Poutine was crispy and Covered in a tasty gravy... I don't even normally like gravy, so I was surprised.
Overall pleasant dining experience.

We enjoyed dining at The Foundry on 2 occasions during a recent visit to Jay Peak Vt. The food was excellent, service good and value good. The Flat Bread pizza was outstanding. Highly recommend!!

Very disappointed to receive 8$ unexpected extra charge each on a 12$ Kale Ceasar's salad because we added chicken. The extra charge for chicken was not mentioned anywhere in the menu, nor the waitress told us when she proposed it. Is this the way to treat customers?

We had a large group of 15 (8 adults + 7 kids), and, despite making a reservation 1.5 hours ahead of time, the staff were unwilling to accommodate seating us near one another. After many conversations with the staff, we finally got seated in the same vicinity 40 minutes after our reservation (although there were empty tables nearby that would easily accommodate us).
The $18 burger I ordered as medium came back very well done and charred, but because of the late hour, there was no time to send it back. Very over-priced for poor-to-decent quality food.

Service was pretty slow and didn't seem to care much. Food was just OK. Typical bar type fare and overall very limited. Atmosphere is like an old cafeteria. But the options are lacking at the base so you take what you get!

Nice atmosphere, good service and pretty good food. Loved the Thai wings and cauliflower app. The vegetarian meal was delicious. Not a huge variety of beers but reasonably priced. Would definitely go back.

We were rushed through from the time we set foot in the restaurant. Door was ok, burgers were frozen and I expected more than a single chicken thigh for $30.

Just had a great breakfast in a great spot overlooking the mountain with great service from Keri who made us New Jerseyans feel at home. The omlette was outstanding! and the waffles!

Ate here 2 nights in a row. It was open late with a large variety to choose from. The service was great and good tasty! Highly recommended!!

Very pricey for some crummy food.
Not much taste in any of the dishes, all beef was tasteless including the shrimp dishes’.
Although the service is very friendly!
Not the quickest service on weekends.

We ate here on our last day of skiing. The views were great, the service was nice too. The food was excellent! I had a mushroom pizza which was delicious! Portions are big enough to share.
