A bit out of the way, i.e. hard to find, but well worth the "hunt" -- the food is delicious and locally sourced. Wonderful service, great selection and it's one of our favorite places to go in Burlington for breakfast. Truly a genuine "find" and the variety of delicious items makes it hard to choose. We've eaten here 10+ times... More

I am a tea-drinker, but unfortunately tea there is was so strong it was impossible to drink it, even though I poured half tea/half water into my cup. The thing that surprised me I told the waitress that it is impossible to drink it, she took it away and still charged me for it, which I don't care paying 3$... More

The wait line was reasonable (15 min) around 10:30am on a Sunday and they have a very comfortable waiting area with drinks available. We started with black tea, double shot latte, and the cheese and fruit platter to share. The coffee was quite good. The tea was so strong my wife couldn't drink it without adding a large amount of... The food was excellent, we all had breakfast items for brunch from seasonal French Toast with pumpkin bread to specials for hardy eaters with cinnamon apple pancakes with eggs and breakfast meats. Magnolia's does not take reservations so we had a 45 minute wait on a Saturday, it was worth it. They do offered a place to sit and wait... More

As first time visitors, we were directed to Magnolia by family. It is tucked away in the basement of an office building within walking distance from the downtown hotels, but you have to look for it, even though there is a sign outside. It is well worth finding. There was a wait for a table but we were offered spots... More

Breakfast was served efficiently and the service people were quite friendly.they have the usual eggs French toast, pancakes and they will serve egg whites and or tofu. It seems you can substitute Tofu for eggs in any dish.we had to toe for the dishes. The only issue I would have is there was no seasoning. Most tofu scramble's have salt,... More

Exceptional place, beautifully decorated, excellent service and most of all excellent food. All omelettes are gluten free, there is gluten free bread and there are many other gluten free choices. GF indicated next to the gluten free dishes. Gluten free almond pancakes are delicious. We had an amazing family time there

Well as an out of towner I see some spots are busy and this place could be one of them. We got there at 11 for breakfast. It was great and I am picky for sure. Outside patio is cute with herbs growing on the table.

We went to Magnolias Saturday for breakfast. Told 15-20 wait. Turned into almost hour wait. Then the waitress took our order and waited almost an hour for food. Was told worth the wait. OMG it was NOT worth the wait. Kitchen didn't have it together. Staff tried and the hostess worked hard to bring it all together. It is a... More
