I live locally and have read some reviews raving about the cremes here. Alas, that has not been my experience. I go to the stand just up the block (window at Burlington Bay Market) as I find them smoother and creamer. The servers there are...always friendly, too. Like a couple other reviewers, I find the service at Bob's stand often brusk. I'll give it another try this year to be fair.More

I’d read about creamees when researching our trip so had to try it. Extra rich soft serve. Maple was delicious and a must try, but I actually liked vanilla best. We grabbed a cone and walked around the park one evening. Very pleasant memory of...Burlington!More

First time visiting the area and were told to hunt down a soft serve Maple Creemie. We were walking around the Lake Champlain boardwalk nearby and saw Ice Cream Bob's and a sign saying they had the flavor. I must say the Maple flavor was...delicious and it made our visit complete. Yes, Bob has other flavors but this is a local delicacy one must experience. This is a walkup ice cream stand and not an enclosed building.More

Located at the end of downtown Burlington and right before the gorgeous water (check out the water if you can, especially the swings) view, this place had several soft serve flavors. Visiting Vermont, I had to go with the maple soft serve. Perfection. Cold and...maple and inexpensive (cash only but I think it was under three dollars). We shared it and even contemplated walking back for another. It looked like you could do maple raspberry which I noticed after we ordered and I have to say that flavor combo intrigues me. Maybe we'll stop for that on our next trip to Burlington.More

This is a little shop that is right near the boardwalk and the Leahy Center. If you are not looking for it, you may miss it completely, so be certain to seek it out as it is amazing. The maple creemee (soft serve ice cream)...is simply the best ice cream I have ever had. We ended up going here twice a day during our visit and even delayed our departure so we could get "one more maple creemee for the road". I wish they had this closer to where we live, but this really was the highlight of our whole trip and will be the first place we go when we return.More

This is a little food vendor in a very convenient spot near the train tracks at the Burlington Harbor. We were in the mood for a hot dog. We could get a regular size or large hot dog at a fair price. Ice Cream Bob...is also a popular place for an ice cream. Bob was very pleasant and wanted to make sure that we were enjoying our stay. We ate at a picnic table in the shade before going on to our event.More

We went to get icecreams. The shop attendant was very rude, almost aggressive when I asked about the amount of change he gave back.

I have been wondering for some time what the name of the Creemee Stand is down by the ECHO Center! It's a no frills creemee stand and they do quick work - my family and I had our creemees before we had even finished paying...for them all! Definitely a great spot in downtown for a nice cold treat on a hot day!More

This Maple soft serve was perfect! And one is last day of the season, the cone was perfectly fresh. He is justifiably proud of his business, the food, and the staff.

Near the Lake Champlain shore, the enthusiastic owner touts the best maple creemee in Vermont. It was so good we had to stop our last day for one more.

We were tired and really thirsty after biking on a very hot day. When we approached there was a sign that said "Order at the Tent" with an arrow pointing left. We stepped away from what looked like the order window and by the time...the clueless guy at the "tent" indicated he was not sure what was going on, a long line had formed in the space of a minute. When we complained that the sign directed us to order at the tent, while others were not ordering at the window, no one seemed to give a damn. We walked away.More

Took us a minute to figure out that a creamy is simply soft served ice cream. Was a delicious treat on a hot day.

A little shack on the bike path and the waterfront. Soft serve, hard ice cream and novelty available. The maple creemee had a bit less flavor than some of the others we tried in Vermont, but still hit the spot on a warm afternoon.

After riding the rail trail, stopped for the creamie , who can resist maple? I got the maple/raspberry swirl which was all organic and local, and it was the perfect blend of deliciousness, not too sweet, just right! Great way to enjoy a walk on...the waterfront!More
