Location and contact

Juniper is Hotel Vermont's local, ingredient-driven cocktail bar. Created by Executive Chef Doug Paine, Juniper's menu is a celebration of individual and community effort, of small local producers growing and raising food, brewing beer, distilling spirits, and making wine. Check out the local live music scene and the custom cocktails made with Vermont spirits, as well as the outdoor terrace overlooking Lake Champlain with a cozy working fire pit.

This restaurant was in our hotel so we enjoyed several meals here including breakfast and lunch. We found the service to be very hospitable and kind - and the food was crazy good! I recommend the Mushroom Tartine. If you like mushrooms YOU MUST TRY...More

We originally had a reservation tonight 3/5/19 for 7:30pm via opentable, but decided to cancel it and arrive at the restaurant early since there was a ton of availability and nearly all the tables were empty. We were told by the host that “they did...More

We ate here for brunch our first morning in Burlington because all other nearby options we visited were packed. For a Plan D place it was amazing! I had the red flannel hash and it knocked my socks off. Coffee and fresh breads were also...More

Visited while on a business trip and, staying at the Hotel Vermont, this restaurant was most convenient as it is located on their ground/lobby floor. Even though their hours of operation are 7:00-2:00 and 5:00-10:00, I was able to get my morning expresso at the...More

On recent visit to Burlington, went to Juniper at the Hotel Vermont. While the lobby and adjacent bar//restaurant area was very casual chic and inviting, the smell was awful (found out after dinner that they had refinished the floors and that was the oder.) Nonetheless,...More

I visited for dinner at the bar while traveling solo. The “hot” drum sticks were amazing. Spicy but flavorful.

We always have breakfast here when we stay at Hotel Vermont. It's very tasty, hearty, lovely staff. Dinner gets packed and manic so book a table ahead of your visit or try to get a seat at the bar.
