I only go here if I'm with a group of friends. The wait can be a little ridiculous for your food. There's outdoor and indoor seating. It has great views of the lake and sometimes has live music. I've never had an issue with the wait staff. I ordered a beer once which was crazy flat (must have been the... More

I love the water and so when I'm visiting a place with a lake or ocean I want to eat on the water. Burlington only has two (that I could find) and I was told this place closes for the fall and winter. They were winding down when we went, no waiters and a lot of the food was unavailable.... More

On the lake at the ferry dock. My husband had a club and I had Panko haddock. You order at the counter and food is delivered. Sunset over Lake Champlain is breathtaking. Prices are reasonable compared to mall restaurants

Better than expected, not fancy, but what a view. Food was decent but sitting outside on the deck and watching the sunset...priceless...Good service...good craft beer selection....my wife loved the turkey burger...calamari was OK..so so wine selection...would not hesitate to come back again...

Met old friends for drinks and dinner. Breakwater is a fun casual restaurant. Hamburgers were cooked just right, the french fries were crispy, and the fish tacos were very tasty. The band was loud (making it hard to have a conversation), but their music was great. And, the sunset from the deck was gorgeous. Definitely a good spot for casual,... More

When you eat or drink here, you are only a few feet from the water. There is often music or a DJ. The food is good and the menu varied. I had the Nacho Plate and it was plenty for both of us. The crowd tends to be younger right after work as it is a great place to go... More

I have been here several times, but time to give it a review, because, well, why would i keep going back. The staff is great, views are priceless on a nice day, food is fine as bar food, watching the boats is a blast, and just a good vibe and crowd. Looking for a place on the lake to hang,... More

We enjoyed a lunch on the waterfront at this delightful cafe. We met a business colleague and we felt welcome and unhurried despite the high tourist season. I ordered a salmon salad which was well prepared and just the right size. The waitstaff was on-point for steering me to gluten free food. Lunch was reasonably priced and the view of... More

Party of three. Had cocktails and light dinner on a Saturday night. No issues getting a table. Music was fun, but could have been better sound.
