My friend and I went to El Gato after eating dinner for their own drinks. They have a very extensive margarita menu and I highly suggest trying one of their unique margs. The bartender was very friendly as well!

I was on a college visit to UVM with my daughter, who has celiac disease.
We went at 2:00 so the place was pretty empty. The staff was super nice and so attentive to our needs. They made special (and fresh) gluten free chips.
