When we were in Burlington last week for a couple of days, I made my restaurant selections based on outdoor seating. Splash excels in this regard. Distancing was adequate and we very much enjoyed watching the sun set on Lake Champlain. Constant Companion and I...both enjoyed lobster rolls and I the clam chowder with bacon as well. Food was not bad. Service could have been a tad better. But, all things considered, it was a very enjoyable experience in these Covid times.More

The location is terrific for watching the sunset. The place is really pretty comfortable (other than the stiff wind - there's no indoor seating). The food was pretty average. Skip the home made chips. They're not great.

The deck provides a great place to enjoy views of the lake. Simply amazing as sunset approaches. The menu is okay but heavily snacks, burgers, tacos, and fried foods. We were there on taco night. That's a great bargain. Unfortunately the order and service were...just okay. My mother's and my tacos came on one plate and it took several minutes to get a second plate. It took asking twice for black pepper. I wonder certainly go again but probably for drinks and snacks rather than dinnerMore

We only had a drink, but the location is awesome, right on the water. We got there at the very end of sunset. Would definitely go back

In the past year, I’ve visited the Four Corners of the USA, from Alaska to Alabama, from Vegas to Boston. One place that created some of the best memories is a little place I stumbled upon on the shores of Lake Champlain. The food was...terrific pub grub, the burgers, some of the best around and a great local beer selection (Rutland Red, please!) too. The service was outstanding and incredibly friendly. And the views of the Lake and Mountains were second to none. Thanks Splash for making it special!More

We had lunch at Splash after a 14 mile bicycle ride on the Waterfront Bike path our goal was the Causeway, we weren't in shape for it hadn't been on a bike in tens years or more. Lunch was good I had the beef tacos,...views from the Splash are simply awesome, sail boats docking for lunch was cool. Service was very good. Views of Lake Champlain awesome.More

I had most wonderful smoked salmon flatbreat with glass of wine. We sat outside by the shore and just enjoyed our lunch.

After a 9 hour drive I needed a beer so I was ecstatic to find this dockside bar and restaurant. I enjoyed the view while enjoying a lager, chips & salsa/guacamole and a Mediterranean salad. All were great!

Very few restaurants can truly say they are right on the water but this one is. Excellent open view of the lake. In facts folks frequently dock their boats and have lunch. Nice sized portions. I had the lobster roll, which was fresh and seasoned...well. Our son is a vegetarian and had a great salad. The wife had the chicken club sandwich which was also well seasoned. No complaintsMore

Probably better for the views then the food but it's still a place worth visiting. The views were 5 star but the food was probably just average. The service was friendly if a little slow, we ordered chips and salsa with a couple of beers...so we could enjoy the views before eating lunch. But they chips arrived when the food arrived so that idea really didn't work. We had the chicken sandwich and the lobster roll. Both were good. We would return to enjoy the views and enjoy a meal.More
