Staying at the hotel where this restaurant is located, I opted for the ease of dining here as opposed to walking to other locations outside of the hotel. (It was super cold while I was in Burlington). Food was great and consistent with other Hilton...Garden Inn restaurants. Staff were super friendly and helpful.More

It was Thanksgiving and there was no family around this year, so we opted for a quiet Thanksgiving feast at the Armory. They didn’t disappoint. The meal was buffet style, with plenty of turkey, roasted potatoes, sweet potatoes, vegetables, breads and salad fixings. Interestingly, there...was no soup offered. With the buffet, we were able choose and eat the exact amount of each item we wanted. The meal was topped off with apple or pumpkin pie with whipped cream. The location was not very busy, allowing for an quiet and intimate atmosphere. The Armory is on the pricey side, but the food and service was very good.More

We were staying at the hotel and were able to eat there for breakfast. Their omelets were delicious. The cooks were very friendly and gave close attention to details. They had fresh fruit which was good, except there were a couple of pieces that were...starting to have a hint of "spoiled" which caused me to not eat the rest of it. I'm not sure about the price of breakfast as we are Gold Hilton member, so it was free.More

We were staying at the hotel and were able to eat there twice. Their omelets were delicious. The cooks were very friendly and gave close attention to details. We have the strawberry cream cheese stuffed French toast one morning. It was amazing! My daughter and...I split an order. The portions were large and the toast was cooked perfectly! It was so creamy and not overly sweet. We both ate it without syrup because it really needed nothing. I would highly recommend eating here for breakfast!More

What they don't have in greatness they cover with a great staff. The breakfast was done well as were appetizers consumed with good evening drinks. There are so many wonderful places to eat and drink in the area but if you have had a long...day and just can't hit the town you will be fine here!More

I took my parents to eat here (since they were staying at the attached Hilton Garden Inn hotel) for dinner on their first night and joined them for breakfast here during each day of their stay. So glad I did! Dinner was nicely made American...choices, not what you'd normally expect from a hotel restaurant. Chef Steve even came by the table to thank us and offer some sauces samples on what he was working on that night. Breakfast was cooked-to-order with a hot and cold buffet available. I was impressed that they offered a different special each morning, it was nice to enjoy not just make-your-own waffles, but eggs Benedict and biscuits and gravy as well! Everything was fresh and well stocked during my parent's stay, and the staff was certainly friendly enough. Thanks to Thomas for the nice chats before he fired up the grill for us!More

We had dinner here with two adults and two small (well behaved) children. The children's menu was right on: Kraft mac&cheese, chicken fingers, pizza etc. They were very happy. My friend and I ordered a combination of appetizers including prosciutto wrapped asparagus, fried calamari, fried...pork won-tons, a green salad and a bowl of chili. The food and flavoring where very good, and the prices were reasonable..More

Went to the Armory Grille for breakfast after a one night stay, where we were greeted by a not very enthusiastic hostess (she was not successful at convincing the people before us in line that the $12.95 price was worth it for breakfast). She seated...us immediately and after a few minutes our waitress arrived to let us know we could visit the buffet. We had made-to-order omelettes which were promptly prepared by very friendly chefs. The buffet had your normal scrambled eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, etc... which were not very appealing (looked a bit dried out) and the fresh fruit buffet looked a bit sad with very unripe cantelope (much green rind on the edges), small bits of melon, unappealing pineapple, etc... The pastries were great including some beautiful scones. We got back to our table with some fruit and pastry awaiting the arrival of our omelettes. When our waitress eventually decided to pour us some coffee, she did so without moving around our round table. She reached right over me twice to fill my cup and my wife's. She did this again, when we asked her for refills for our coffee (which we had to request). She also delivered our omelettes from one location reaching across the table rather than going around to each person. Overall, great made-to-order food but the rest of the buffet not worth it and the service needs improvement. I would not plan another breakfast visit to the Armory Grille as there are so many other good choices in Burlington within easy walking distance.More

Stayed at Hilton Garden Inn and went to the bar for drinks. Place was empty except for us. Bartender seemed preoccupied and not too friendly, ok, so asked to try the chardonnay which I didn't like. He suggested savignon blanc, which was good, hubby told...me bottled Long Trail was stale after we went to our room. Oh well, asked about the hotel's wifi and he said he didn't know how to get on. Another person came to talk to him who worked there and I asked him if he knew how to get on, he came right over and helped me, which I greatly appreciated.More
