We had dinner at the Bobcat during a recent visit to Bristol, and enjoyed it immensely. Three of us had the spicy chili steak, and two of us loved it. The third found it too spicy. Our waitress told us it wasn't very spicy at all, but she was incorrect on that. But the setting was very comfortable, and our... More

There is an interesting history to this little hole-in-the-wall. It started as a CSE - Community Supported Enterprise, probably 10 years ago by a restauranteur in the area. And it has never looked back. I have eaten here many times; the food and the service are always excellent. This last visit was after picking up a friend who was hiking... More

this is mainly a bar with some tables. The waitterss was very attentive even though we did not order any beer or alchohol. Its a limited menu and many, of the meals are tweaked to be different. Sometimes this is super, sometimes not so much. For example my BLT was made with homemade bacon, but it was unlike any bacon... More

Had a good giant burger which was split between 2 of us. Some interesting cocktails and ales to choose from. Pretty reasonable... For Vermont. Nice place and good service. Right distance from great B&B of the Old Hotel in Lincoln, VT.

Dinner at the Bobcat Cafe is always a treat. The dining selections provide great variety along with excellent quality. The salmon salad is my favorite but you cannot go wrong with any of the offerings.

When I lived in NJ it was all about traditional Italian ingredients when it came to Pizza. You always knew exactly what to expect and it was usually quite good, but living in Vermont we have "flatbread", and this night at the Bobcat it was offered with beets and goat cheese??? We took a chance and liked it! Vermont is... More

Food was delicious and very unique! I got a meatloaf dish and yet every part of it was incredible. Even the bread they brough out before the meal was great.

Great food...unusual menu...everything was delicious, from the venison meatloaf to the cold yogurt soup; from the blackened salmon to the moussaka. We'd go again in a heartbeat.
