Five people, three kids, one vegetarian: all of us stuffed and happy! We were on our way to Montréal for a family vacation when we realized near the Brattleboro exit that we needed to stop for lunch. Dosa Kitchen was easy to find behind some...kind of large abd out of the way building. The food was out of this world! I’m a meat eater but I got the vegan Dosa Masala. I keep dreaming of that meal: crisp dosa, tender spiced potatoes, flavorful sauces…yum!More

Dosa Kitchen is an amazing establishment. My parents, little brother, and I were coming back from a long trip and happened to stop by based on online reviews. My family is originally from Hyderabad, India and we've lived in the US for over 18 years....Omg when we ate their dosas it felt so light. I've never eaten a masala dosa so healthy and so light before. And the taste is so authentic, reminded me of the dosas from India. How do they make healthy dosas without sacrificing the taste? I also loved their mango lassi. They make it fresh, healthy, and homemade. In addition we tried their ladoos also a healthier version of regular ladoos and so freshly made with dates. Would definitely stop by again. Our only regret is we didn't buy more of their food and drinks for the trip home.More

We’re pleasantly surprised to find this authentic dosa place. Don’t miss it if you’re in this area. We took a lunch break while traveling from NH to CT. A very nice location with a great view of a lake.

We wanted something quick and delicious for lunch that would also be gluten free. We hadn't had dosas in awhile, so we were really excited to find this place! So good! We split 2 dosas between the 3 of us, along with some mango lassis....It was all spectacular. I told my friends that we need to vacation in Brattleboro soon and go here.More

The opportunity to eat excellent dosas prepared by an expert with local ingredients, out-of-doors in a New England setting, is unique! Forgive the superlative, but I've been known to call this food truck my favorite restaurant in the world. We're New Yorkers, so we can't...come every week, but wish we could. See you in August! Can't wait!More

Highly recommend - The most authentic I have eaten in the United States. The smell and flavor of dosas, masala (potato palya), and chutney takes me back to Mysore, where I grew up. A family run business, Nash and his wife are extremely friendly and...sweet. We ordered gunpowder dosa and mysore masala dosa. Both of them are must eat. As you bite into the Mysore masala dosa, you can taste the ginger chilly chutney which is neither too spicy nor too mild. As you go along, this chutney mixes with the potato filling (a.k.a palya), which is laden with onion , lentils and other spices which makes it a flavourful bite. The sambar is a perfect accompaniment for the dosa. It comes with dal and freshly, nicely cut carrots. Gunpowder dosa has a powder smeared inside of the dosas, which is made for lentils and other South Indian spices. Please don’t forget to add extra ghee for the both the dosas. PS: don’t have pictures of dosas as I didn’t have patience to click pictures and started eating as soon as it came to our table.More

We just came back from Dosa Kitchen where we were treated to the most delicious meal of masala dosa. They are being incredibly safe during the pandemic, and so the idea is to phone in the order first and then pick it up without going...inside. Everyone is masked and the food is so safely prepared. I've been a bit stressed, so this felt like a huge savory gift that I am so grateful for. We brought home a lovely soup and chicken dish for tomorrow, as well as some dosa waffles for the freezer. Heaven!More
