McNeill's offers a large variety of their own beer, each with a distinctive taste. It is a small, cozy pub with a few long tables that welcome groups to hang out, play board games, or watch a game on TV. Located just off the Main Street.

Visited this Brewery in the middle of a snow storm and they were still open. Although this is more of a tasting room, it has the environment of local dive bar. All of the patrons and staff were friendly and the beer was great. Many table games and other entertainment is available. I just wish they had samplers or flights... More

Small bar where you can order beers brewed on premise. We each had a taster paddle and each beer was good. We were lucky to try the Irish stout-- amazing. Friendly bartender; local vibe.

I don't drink, I but I visited McNeils once a week for 6 weeks for a school assignment. The place itself has a lot of history as it used to be a firehouse, a jail (if I can correctly recall) and served different purposes throughout the years. It's a self serve bar, so if you are not sitting at the... More

I'm not sure if this place changed hands or what. Hubby and I walked in and the sour smell hits you. Dirty bathrooms. Guy next to me was either going to keel over or puke. "We don't mix drinks here" ok. Beer not great. We left our drinks and ran away.

McNeil's was one of the first microbreweries I ever sampled and I love coming back here every time I am in town. While things have changed a little over the years I can always rely on these guys to produce some of the best tasting brew I know of. We stopped in this past weekend (11/13) to revisit the taps... First of all this is a BAR with very little food options. It is unique bar but I always go back just for the beer. The beer is brewed offsite, Putney I believe. I tend to stop in mid-day on weekends so the place is always slow. I love all their beers, tap, growler of bottles.

I'm an IPA guy - and they had 4 of their own on tap. Liked them all and loved Samson! Nice small homey atmosphere. Go bag a brewery!

Great place to drink hand crafted beer. The locals are some of the friendliest people in the world. My wife and I had a heat time and bought a bunch of O'Neill's beer to take home. Hope to get back there soon.
