We booked a reservation based on the recommendation of local friends. Our palettes were delighted by the taste sensation. And quaint, romantic atmosphere defies description - at least not under my pen. We weren’t all that hungry so we shared the crab cake appetizer, swordfish...More

The ambiance at TJ Buckley's is a unique experience. It defines intimate! The lovely atmosphere and watching the chef makes dining here an event. The pate was excellent and is perfect for sharing. The wine was lovely. All the food was fresh and well prepared....More

This is one of those restaurants that I hesitate to review because I don't want it to get any more popular - it is already somewhat difficult to get a reservation. T.J. Buckley's is easily one of the top 10 restaurants I've eaten at anywhere...More

I can't agree with Vermont nico's review more. We have had much better food many other places for far less money. This restaurant is seriously overrated. The atmosphere is a 1920s train car with about 7-8 tables which was very exciting and gave us great...More

we went back after a 10 year interruption and an average review as we were curious to see if we were still "lukewarm" about this, so it seems, a well rated restaurant. The place was, as expected, packed and the service improved with an orally...More

This is a very small restaurant so reservations are a must. The waitress describes the menu options. When we went I believe that there were 4 options each for dinner, appetizer and dessert. We went with a friend and knew from the reviews that we...More

Seats only 18, so reservations are probably a good idea. Menu changes daily. This is not just food, this is art. Possibly Brattleboro's finest restaurant. From the outside you'd never know the magic that takes place on the inside. Truly outstanding.
