About
Peter Havens provides an elegant but relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy chef/owner Zach Corbin's accomplished cuisine. The menu has French and Italian influences (always house-made pasta and gnocchi!) But always has Zach's own culinary flare. Locals and visitors alike enjoy the intimate setting and often enjoy dining at our bar, where we serve innovative and exciting specialty cocktails. Our wine list is eclectic and ever-changing, with an emphasis on natural wines from France, Italy, and the US. Reservations are recommended.

Cozy, friendly and delicious. Fresh oysters from Maine, and homemade ravioli were some of the specials. I had an excellent pork chop and my wife had scallops. Beautifully presented and delicious. Cocktails were great and service was excellent. We will be back.

This is a fantastic restaurant, albeit a bit pricey. I go on most trips to Brattleboro. Service, food drinks have always been exceptional. Have loved meat, seafood, appetizers, and deserts. Likely top restaurant in the area. I do recommend making a reservation.

Excellent food, excellent cocktail, excellent service. L’escargot, rarely seen in the US, was excellent as was the trout with risotto. I’d definitely make an effort to go here if in the area
