Cider was good, and the baked goods were tasty. Enjoyed the atmosphere and selection of ice wines. Kids had a good time.

I've been traveling to Bennington every year since I graduated from college to get pies from the Apple Barn. If people know I'm going to Vermont, they order a pie as well. I love their Apple pie, but I was told by a friend their pumpkin pie is the best they ever had.

I cannot understand why people rave about this place. Maybe because I'm a New Englander, I'm used to the real deal. This place is more of a souvenir shop. Sure they sell cheese and other Vermont goods, but they don't offer any samples. Many people are unlikely to purchase a costly items like $18.00 a pound cheese or maple syrup... More

If you love apple pies or apple squares, this place is a must. Super delicious. We also found a very dark syrup there that we have never found anywhere.

A great stop for apples, Vermont products, wonderful bakery items, and also maple soft serve available. There could be more items available though, thought it was a bit lacking. Enjoyed the visit though.

My wife and I were on a Fall Foliage Tour and one of the stops on our tour was the Apple Barn. We had never been here before and we were amazed at all the items they had in the store. The owner gave us a tour of their Apple Orchards because she knew our tour guide which was a... More

Lovely stop along our travels in VT. Made a stop to get Apple Cider donuts, maple syrup... Pleasant little shop, with beauty abound. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Mountain views, beautiful gardens (which were being cleaned up for winter) The statues of colorful animals out front, by a local artist from Bennington. Made for a nice stop along our travels...
